El servicio estuvo bien, quiero decir, creo que es más una cultura que el servicio aquí no está por encima y más allá... tomó tiempo para tomar el pedido, traer la comida, obtener el cheque... ahora la comida era simplemente simple... no lo hice como el arroz de olla de fondo (quemao, congrí) o sea si quiero que lo haga en casa no lo pague… es un buen lugar para comer algo sin expectativas.

Adriana Perez: Our waitress made sure she got us into the restaurant and low key ignored us once we took our table. Another couple walked out after not getting their order taken, I was observing and being optimistic. She apologized for ignoring us and made up for it with kind words :0) and giving us updates for when it was coming out. She got my order wrong so I had to wait additional time for my food to get prepared as the rest of the table ate. The agua fresca was delicious, we mixed lulo y maracuyá, Muy rico. And my plate was good but my folks ordered carne asada and they reported that it was tough. The restaurant was packed with locals but There are tons of other restaurants in the neighborhood. This street has lots to offer. We spent all evening and night walking around. Lots to do :0)

Madison Ree Koen: The food is quite good, but it doesn't begin to make up for the extremely rude treatment we received from the waitresses for absolutely no conceivable reason from the moment we set foot in here. Perhaps we didn't look rich enough🤑? I have no idea.A few examples of the behavior I'm talking about: in the middle of ordering something, at least three times, one of the waitresses got a disdainful look on her face and just walked off to attend the two other tables in the place (it was not at all busy the evening we went) and came back ten minutes later. In general, we were ignored if we raised our hands to get the staff's attention to ask for anything. A part of my wife's order was wrong, but nobody cared or offered to correct it. Our silverware was practically thrown at the table from a distance. When our food arrived, the waitress (a different person from the one who took our order) set the food down haphazardly and a good bit of my soup slopped out onto the table. No apology offered.I'll reiterate that the food was actually quite good--but there are several similar and equally tasty options nearby to be had at a better price and, best of all, where they seem to treat all diners like human beings.Platos vegetarianos: Not available

Yahaira Acosta: This restaurant is very desirable; however I recommend making a reservation if you want to eat here. This is my second time coming here and I really like the place but the service is not the best as some of the waiters are not friendly and they are not very accommodating. With that being said, I did enjoy the food the two times that I went. One of the plates that I ordered was not of my liking and I was offered a different dish which was really delicious.The drinks were really great. The dinner costed about $70 for 2 appetizers, one entree and 2 cocktails and a soda. The Atmosphere was really nice and there was a live band playing. Dancers also performed while we were there.

RAY BROWN: ¡Este lugar está sobrevalorado por su servicio! La calidad de la comida es buena. Mi problema comenzó cuando terminamos de comer y se llevaron la comida sobrante a la cocina. Mi hija le dijo en español que necesitamos todas las sobras. La mesera devolvió las bolsas y dijo que toda la comida estaba en las bolsas. Cuando revisamos, faltaban dos de los restos de comida. ¡LA MESERA NOS MINTIÓ Y SE ESCONDIÓ! Ella nos dijo que volvería. Esperamos 20 minutos. Envió a otro camarero para que nos diera la cuenta que pagamos. Pasaron otros 10 minutos y mi esposa fue a buscar al gerente Guillermo, quien también admitió que sabía sobre la situación y se negó a venir a nuestra mesa. Tuvimos que ir a buscarlo. Es el peor gerente en la industria de restaurantes en Cartagena y esta es la razón por la cual las personas debajo de él son mentirosas como él. Debería ser despedido por no ser honesto con nosotros. ¡Cuidado con la deshonestidad en este establecimiento!

When we ordered our food we asked for extra bread, 20min later when we got our food we got it with no bread at all and I'm sure mine supposed to have some on its own because it came with jam and butter but no bread to spread on.. We then ask for the bread, again and we only got 2 pieces for my plate but none for my partner that ordered the eggs cooked in sauce so was kinda of a necessary part of it.We asked again and the waitress said that was on its way but will it take 5 to 10 min, 15 min later still no bread so we shared mine and ate it cold.When we got our bill we still got charged for the bread we never had but the staff was nice and re printed the correct one , it might have been a misunderstanding, happens. Just a bit annoying
