Whatever you do - DO NOT get the Ultrasonic peeling device facial. My face looks horrible still and it’s been a week since I got the facial. My nose has 2 blistered scabs and my cheek has a huge scab too. The lady doing the facial was so gentle up until she started using the Ultrasonic peeling device on my face. Since the facial I have cried because my birthday is coming up and I wanted my face to look nice. Now I don’t even want to go out. I had high expectations because the ambiance and staff were all great. If you do go, just don’t get the Ultrasonic peeling device facial.

Falsche gedacht sie hatte den gleichen gedanken!! dann verschwand auch meine masseurin 5-6 min und kam mit wasser so un relax war ich noch nie im leben. Ansonsten schlafe ich ein wie gut die massage sind hier habe ich gelitten.

En mi caso tome el masaje exfoliante el cual fue hecho con sales marinas y cremas humectantes.Son cumplidos con el horario de las citas, el personal esta uniformado y mantiene las normas higiénicas estándar, se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito y tienen un portafolio de varios servicios.Es de agradecer que sea un sitio de masajes terapéuticos y relajantes y no uno con "final feliz" pues en Cartagena abundan.Lo único que les sugeriría es que tuvieran precios un poco mas competitivos pues realmente ciertos masajes ya me parecen pasados de precios.

Alexandra K.: Located in a quiet area, we found this beautiful hotel with spa just outside the center of Cartagena. It offers a free jacuzzi, breakfast, king beds, and secure parking for about 3 cars. The staff are wonderful, and especially senor Fred who is making sure your stay is wonderful and your coffee is well done and free all day :-)Habitaciones: Good AC, king beds or queen beds depending on the roomSeguridad: Very safe and quiet areaPosibilidad de caminar: You can access many restaurants in the area and the beach. A walk to the center is almost an hour, an Uber is about 10k cops (2 usd)Comidas y bebidas: There is a big fridge in the common area to put your own dinks and food. You can buy soft drinks and wine in the hotel or use their filtered water from the kitchen
Miguel Fortunic: Realmente estaba muy agradecido porque olvidé el cargador de mi celular y al llame me confirmaron que lo tenían , y que me esperaban para que mande a alguien a recogerlo , luego de un mes mande a un amigo a recogerlo y le dijeron que tenía que confirmarlo en línea para poder entregarlo , no fue posible , pero me volví a comunicar con el hotel y me mandaron una foto y volvieron a confirmar que tenían el cargador y que la próxima vez ya tenían la autorización , hoy 18 junio se acercan a recogerlo y le indican que lo han perdido porque ese cargador se prestaba a los huéspedes y no lo encuentran , lo que entiendo es que se lo robaron hace tiempo y siempre me decían mentiras , un hotel con este tipo de atención es un riesgo con sus pertenecían no son personas de palabras y ahora no me contestan pero l nro de contacto , tampoco me permiten el nro o nombre del. Administrador para quejarme , ya eleve este caso a booking con quien hago mis reservas para que alerten del riesgo de este hotelNO LO RECOMIENDO pueden robarles sus pertenenciasSeguridad: No son serios ofrecen un riesgo a sus pertenencias NO LO Recimiendo

Louloute Playlists: 2 gros points noirs pour le prix de la chambre : le wifi est intermittent, il coupe tout le temps ; et surtout le personnel fait beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup trop de bruit. Ils n’ont pas compris que dans un hôtel qui se veut d’un certain standing, la clientèle recherche le calme et la tranquillité. Ici, la radio hurle (c’est le mot exact) et le personnel chante avec en riant à gorge déployée (tant mieux pour eux, mais encore une fois nous n’avons pas payé pour ça). Quand on leur a demandé de baisser la radio, ils l’ont fait sur le coup, puis ils ont remonté le son. Et le lendemain matin, rebelote, radio qui hurle… C’est inadmissibleSalle de bains propre, chambre sale au sol (ne marchez pas pieds nus), lit très confortable, climatisation qui ne fait pas de bruit (ça nous change par rapport à d’autres hôtels).

Heysocialgeek: Mi habitación no tenía NINGUNA ventana, había una pequeña en un pasillo y estaba sellada. El desayuno durante 4 días siempre fue el mismo = huevo revuelto con arepa o pan. No había agua caliente. Lo peor de mi estadía fue descubrir que la persona de la recepción estaba aliada con un taxista que nos quería cobrar casi el doble del costo de las carreras para quedarse ella con una comisión; nos dimos cuenta porque el propio taxista no rebajó muchísimo el precio de la carrera y nos pidió no decirle nada a la recepcionista del hotel. También nos dimos cuenta porque el taxi no era amarillo como los otros y vimos que a los otros huéspedes llegaba rápido el taxi que les pedían en recepción, excepto el nuestro y luego llegó una camioneta gris y entró directo a recepción y nos pidió ir subiéndonos y como no accedimos a pagar 350.000 a Isla Barú, accedió a bajarlo a 200.000. Tengan cuidado, es mejor buscar otro hotel.Adjunto foto de la entrada del hotel en la noche, muy mal aspecto y ya eso nos decía mucho de cómo la íbamos a pasar.
Adam Nowak: Disadvantages:- Photos completely do not cover reality (room 15),- COLD WATER, hot was only for 20 seconds, then never again,- Very dirty shower with hair after previous guests,- MOUSES or RATS running over the ceiling just under the roof. You can hear them, especially during the night,- Towels smell fine but have holes and stains,- Blankets are not on the bedsheet, they are dirty with yellow and dark stains,- Changing the towels with holes and dirty blankets cost an additional 30000 COP,- Light from the corridor was getting into the room through the holes in the door (this hole is filled with dust),- Bugs around, on the walls, (in the bed we haven't noticed),- We had to ask them twice for more shampoo, they didn't give it to us at the beginning,- They gave us toothpaste for which we had to pay 6000 COP while checking out, nobody mentioned it before,Advantages:- Air Conditioning in the room, but anyway droplets were dropping on our heads while trying to fall asleep.- 8-minute walk to the airport.
Julianne Monday: I do not recommend the massage/spa. Took time off the “massage” for rinsing off in the shower when the girl asked me to and then she finished 15 minutes early due to “shower time.” All because she wanted to leave since she immediately left the hotel after we finished.Didn’t charge us for couples massage even though we tried to get that and then charged us more for single massage.She also gave me a wet/used towel to “dry” off with.Definitely a money scam and would never recommend to others.

The atmosphere is very relaxing, nice decor, friendly service, and half the price of what I pay in the United States. The tourism company I work for, Everything Cartagena, uses them for our clients. A couple of months ago Plenitud Spa sent 12 masseuses with portable beds to a mansion in the old city and did massages for one of our groups. They enjoyed it so much they asked for a repeat visit the following morning. We had two clients visit the spa yesterday who also raved about the quality of the massage and atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a fabulous massage at a fair price.

Jonathan Edelman: Clean place, nice enough.The advertised prices are lower than what they charge. They can't explain this.Also for a swedish massage, seems like an okay place but definitely not a real deep tissue massage.
Bazooka Joe: We had a couples massage. The agency is very professional. They have a very relaxing couples room that is set up nicely. We had a deep tissue massage done. The women that massaged us had very strong hands and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.I would recommend to the business that they tell people upfront that tip is customary to give to the staff on top of the fee. I already had a tip ready to give to the girls for doing a great job. It was awkward for us and the girls that they waited for us to come out of the massage room and used an app to translate that we should tip them.Also, I did have to negotiate fee via WhatsApp because what I was quoted versus what is listed on their website was different. They also prefer cash and told me their credit card printer was broken. Because of this, I almost blew them off.I had to stop by the bank and get cash, which I do not like to carry that much around because of pickpockets. Other than these inconveniences, they are totally worth it and the staff were very sweet and gave a great massage.I only mean for this to be constructive criticism for the business to take into consideration.
