stanewill: I really enjoyed my stay here during my first visit to Cartagena and Colombia as a whole. It was very quiet. The fitness center was good although it was a little ware in there during the day. It had an adequate amount of equipment. The pool area was beautiful with great views of the beach and ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would have given this five stars but, we were not able to get an appointment for the the spa to get massages. The location was great and the hotel is next to a mall and there is a supermarket on the back side of the hotel so there are good amenities for travelers here. The Old City is not too far from here either.Habitaciones: Very well appointed. Rooms have sensors on the light switches for energy efficiency. Sometimes the light near the door entry hall would come on when you walk to the closet from the bed and sitting area in the middle of the night. I know it is for safety but we could not figure out how to disable it at night.Seguridad: We felt safe but you need to be vigilant and pay attention to your surroundings at all times. The hotel staff had bell men, what I think may have been hotel security and sometimes police in the front I guess to deter street vendors from hounding guests at the front door however, it was nothing big that would make a person feel or the area appear to be unsafe.

Latasha Brown: I stayed at Hyatt Regency Cartagena for 6 days,just got back on July 10th..I had an awesome time!!This hotel is clean ,staff is wonderful and helpful!a lot of the restaurants were booked where I wanted to go for my birthday and the front desk employee gave a great suggestion!!Ana restaurant in the walled city !it was so goooddd!!it’s not far from the walled city at all and a Uber is literally $2 USD .there’s a supermarket close by and a liquor store like a 5 min walk..I loved this hotel & will def stay again when I return.The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is get some entertainment..maybe some live music on weekends and music by the pool (there was music at pools but volume was too low for my liking)But def stay here it’s awesome !!Habitaciones: I had an ocean view king room ..view was awesome !!
Patricia Malone: Beautiful hotel. The resort pass was good but was not able to get our massages that came with the cabana resort pass. All other amenities and lunch was great. A wonderful to spend the day waiting for your house. The staff were great and super helpful. Would book massage in advance and wish #Resort Pass had mentioned to do so.Comidas y bebidas: Amazing 2 course lunch for the value. Pricey for Colombia standards but a cabana with my lunch, welcome drink and massage (book in advance) well worth the $225 for 3 people.
Madlu L: The only problem with location, it's that when it rains, all streets surrounding the hotel get flooded, as well as the surroundings, you can not walk around.

Sus habilidades de experiencia del cliente son excelentes.Llegamos un par de horas antes de registrarnos, ella amablemente nos proporcionó una habitación de hospitalidad para que nos cambiáramos de ropa. Mientras estábamos explorando la ciudad, ella hizo que nuestro equipaje fuera transportado convenientemente a nuestra habitación y me envió un correo electrónico. ¡Aprecio el nivel de servicio que brindó!Habitaciones: We booked a suite and it was just what we needed; 2 rooms 1 master and 2nd room with 2 twin size beds. Balcony overlooking the water. The pullout couch was super convenient for our family of 5 and the room was spacious.Seguridad: One of the reasons we decided to stay at the Hyatt was for safety purposes. We have stayed at the Hyatt in other countries and felt extremely safe.I like the idea of having to take 2 sets of hotels to get tothe room. This provides a layer of security bc you gave to go to the main lobby to access the room elevator.Posibilidad de caminar: The hotel is conveniently located in Boca Grande, next to a mall with many shops and in front of a grocery store. It's a couple of mins away via Uber to the Walled City.Comidas y bebidas: We had room service, the food was good and priced reasonably. The drinks by the pool were amazing. We ordered mojitos and they were great!
