Michelle Busch: Bought a ring for myself and my boyfriend while on my vacation here. The staff was INCREDIBLY kind and helpful, not overly pushy, and upfront about pricing etc. Emira helped me with picking out what I wanted and resizing, and I really enjoyed my experience with her. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality emerald jewelry at a decent price!
Karina Vicuna: I am from Los Angeles, CA. Whenever I go to Cartagena, this is the jewelry shop I always stop at. They are friendly, helpful and will help you find something within your budget. Don’t waste your time with other stores..you can’t go wrong with this store lots of options and great prices.
Susana Rico: Scam. If you are a tourist they will give you prices in dollar and it’s twice of the real value. I was looking for a ring and the said $7k US dollars and the ring had a tag of 18.35 in Colombian pesos which was around 3k.

Aristides Hernandez: I visited this establishment to buy an emerald ring for my fiancé while on vacation. We went into the store on a couple occasions and had agreed upon a price for the ring. The next morning I went in with my fiancé to purchase and have the ring sized. AFTER paying for the ring, I was asked to wait for about 20-30 min for the ring to be sized as they took it up stairs to do so. When I came back after 20 min to pick up ring I was told that now the price has changed and that I would not get the ring unless I paid 1 k more for the ring. How can a business do this to their customer?? This was so upsetting and frustrating for us, plus unethical to say the least. This unacceptable business. Save yourself heartache and frustration and shop across the street!!

Ryan Strandberg: Bought a emerald bracelet. The first day I wore it, two emeralds were missing. I was traveling through the airport and sitting on an airplane. Shouldn't have happened. It took almost a year to get the bracelet fixed. When I received it back, I was too afraid to wear it. Finally, decided to wear it. I'm a teacher, not a tough job. Got home after 8 hours and an emerald is missing. No help from them this time. They prey on tourists. Don't buy from them unless you want jewelry you can't wear.

Não comprei esmeraldas, mas sim duas lindas bolsas da tribo waiuu * na loja ao lado de decoração. Maria Ema, querida, seu esposo Seu Luiz e seu filho muito atenciosos. Recomendadíssimo. Trouxe uma linda lembrança ao Brasil desses simpáticos comerciantes de Cartagena.
