Then I was charged much more than the price - they said to pay an extra to remove the lack I had but it’s written anywhere! Didn’t really saw it until I came home but almost half of my leg was still full of hair and very very patchy. Had to redo everything :(

No refuerzan la punta causando roturas.Unfortunately, they cannot do proper fill in of acrylic nails or pink and white French acrylic nails to maintain them. To them, "mantenimiento" is only applying acrylic to the cuticle base. The disadvantage of this technique is the tip of the nail weakens over time, deteriorates, chips and breaks. Their solution was to put pink acrylic under my white French tips to reinforce existing breakage. I've never seen this type of messy work before. It's terrible. I paid full price just last week, and this week my nails continue to break and chip--3 nails! Now, I have to completely remove my acrylic nails and install a whole new set. Basic, terrible skills, quality and work. I talked to them about this insufficient, improper method during the time of service and they insisted it was proper, the best and only way. They need training on how to maintain acrylic nails professionally and properly as most nail salons in Latin America.My dedicated, personal, certified professional stylist in the USA, has been doing my nails and maintenance every 3 weeks for over 4 years. My nails never chip and break with normal daily activities. And she uses a higher quality acrylic, no drills, no tips and the technique known as free-hand sculpting on natural nails. She's an expert in this technique with over 30 years of experience.

She said her technician kept getting distracted and didn't do the same things to both feet (ex only removing the skin from one, only moisturizing the second, etc). As well, they tried charging us a different price than the one advertised on the signs.

Latasha Brown: I stayed at Hyatt Regency Cartagena for 6 days,just got back on July 10th..I had an awesome time!!This hotel is clean ,staff is wonderful and helpful!a lot of the restaurants were booked where I wanted to go for my birthday and the front desk employee gave a great suggestion!!Ana restaurant in the walled city !it was so goooddd!!it’s not far from the walled city at all and a Uber is literally $2 USD .there’s a supermarket close by and a liquor store like a 5 min walk..I loved this hotel & will def stay again when I return.The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is get some entertainment..maybe some live music on weekends and music by the pool (there was music at pools but volume was too low for my liking)But def stay here it’s awesome !!Habitaciones: I had an ocean view king room ..view was awesome !!

Pricey for Colombia standards but a cabana with my lunch, welcome drink and massage (book in advance) well worth the $225 for 3 people.

Her customer experience skills are superb.We arrived a couple of hours before checking, she graciously provided a hospitality room for us to change our clothes. While we were out exploring the city, she had our luggage conveniently transported to our room and emailed me. I appreciate the level of service she provided!Habitaciones: We booked a suite and it was just what we needed; 2 rooms 1 master and 2nd room with 2 twin size beds. Balcony overlooking the water. The pullout couch was super convenient for our family of 5 and the room was spacious.Seguridad: One of the reasons we decided to stay at the Hyatt was for safety purposes. We have stayed at the Hyatt in other countries and felt extremely safe.I like the idea of having to take 2 sets of hotels to get tothe room. This provides a layer of security bc you gave to go to the main lobby to access the room elevator.Posibilidad de caminar: The hotel is conveniently located in Boca Grande, next to a mall with many shops and in front of a grocery store. It's a couple of mins away via Uber to the Walled City.Comidas y bebidas: We had room service, the food was good and priced reasonably. The drinks by the pool were amazing. We ordered mojitos and they were great!
