TRANSFORMATIVE!Poli and Joy are extraordinary teachers! They are knowledgeable, patient, and tailor each workout to your needs and ability. They emphasize good form.In addition to this, the studio itself is beautiful and calming overlooking the bay and the ocean.These are truly beautiful classes and I can not recommend them enough!

The island was beautiful, communication was amazing beforehand and we had the most relaxing time. Our instructor, Sol, was a fabulous teacher. The meals provided by Ligia were fabulous. The house and bedroom view was amazing, as was seeing all the animals in the Oceanario!! If you are looking to rejuvenate and feel refreshed, I highly recommend this retreat!

Mars Elinho: Highly recommended! We stayed one month with Tata & Team for Kitesurfing and it was a truly awesome experience, which we will never forget. The school is distinguished from the other schools, it lies about half a kilometer down from the bulk of kite schools, so there is much more space on the water. Also, the attached restaurant is just the best in La Boquilla. Tata & Team are the maximum possible of friendliness, helpfulness and they are very good teachers. Prices are very reasonable, you won’t get more Kitesurfing for less money anywhere else. The wind in late January-February was superb, 90%+ kiteable days.

Alexa Shuman: I wish I could give them one more star. Everything from the quality of gear to the quality of service is top notch. I would recommend this outfit to a first time beginner coming to learn to friends who are experienced kiters wanting to rent good gear while they are in Cartagena. The school is attached to a wonderful area where you can hang out afterwards and have a beer - enjoy the sunset. There are showers and clean bathrooms as well.

Jonny West: Me and my girlfriend had an incredible time with Andrés (SUP) and Carlos (sunset kayak). Although I don't speak much Spanish, Andrés was very patient and spoke very good english himself, and Carlos was also a great communicator when it came to giving instructions. It was a very good set up in a very nice location and they were both very attentive all 4 times we were with them. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!We would 100% go to them again if we were ever back in Cartagena!

Andrew Kalter: Great experience renting two kayaks on March 28, 2022. Andres was very knowledgeable and helpful to get us going. He had all the proper gear for true ocean kayaking including an extra paddle, tow rope, pump, etc. Very nice boats with rudders that moved pretty fast. Just a word of caution, if you are not experienced in the ocean and getting through the surf you may want to take a group tour. I think anyone who is a whitewater kayaker should be okay but you need to know the waves and wind if you go many miles from the start.

Daniela Ricaurte Yepes: En el pimer piso hay cardio, máquina multifuncional y salón para clases grupales, además de cafetería, spa y tienda de suplementos, ropa y accesorios. En el segundo piso están máquinas, barras, pesas, salón de spinning, bolsas de boxeo, área para abdominales, baños con duchas y lockers. Lo único malo que tiene es que los fds cierran muy temprano. :(
Davide Piccioni: Il centro è abbastanza pulito molto ben attrezzato come macchine. Lo spogliatoio potrebbe avere 2 pache per appoggiarsi ma vabbè. Il personal trainer mentre ti segue aiuta un po' anche altri ma è anche vero che costa 9,50 euro a volta in un pacchetto da 12 volte compreso il mensile. Quindi ok. L'allenamento lo fa durare solo 50 minuti e a me di questi ne usa 20 per stretching e massaggio su mia richiesta e in quei minuti di massaggio mette le mani nei punti giusti. Ti scrocchia le ossa in maniera eccellente cosa che a me serve ed è molto bravo nel farlo. Io sono contento.

DANIEL BEGUE JIMENEZ: Al gimnasio le pongo un 5 estrellas, instalaciones excelentes y el buena atención por parte del personal, sin embargo al Spa que está dentro Ahava, le pongo un O, por un error del datafono me cobraron doble, ( tarjeta, y efectivo), pagué por un masaje el precio de dos. Fui a hacer el reclamo, la dueña del spa me ponía impedimentos a la hora de devolver el dinero, es decir me decía que no podía darme la devolución total del importe, si eran 80 mil , solo me daba 75 mil, cuando yo le pagué 80 mil, por otra parte recalcó que no podía hacer la devolución del importe si yo no me costeaba los gastos de envió de dicho importe. Por un error del datafono iba tener que pagar los gastos de envió, algo que me parece absurdo .Además me salió con groserías, llegándome a faltar al respeto, no recomiendo para nada este spa, por este spa sale perjudicada la imagen del gimnasio, no creo que vuelva por el gimnasio mientras este ese spa, es una lastima porque quedé muy contento con el gimnasio y sus instalaciones.
Vera Sistermans: The gym equipment is decent, but the spinning class was the worst I have ever been too. The instructor wasn't even on her bike most of the time and kept looking at her phone. All she did was count down every now and then, but then she wouldn't even tell us what we were counting towards, and she only told us to change the resistance once or twice the entire class.

Than every machine you can imagine with some ones that I've never seen before. Weights could use some orginizing though.

Flavio Valenti Carro: Voy todos los años cuando estoy de vacaciones allá y este año es el último no vuelvo más a ese gym1° las duchas de 4 funcionan 2 y sin agua caliente ni jabón2° los instructores personales están con un ojo mirando al cliente y con el otro mirando el celular3°los instructores de la sala no se preocupan por la gente ni por colocar el material en su sitio ,están muy ocupados sentados en las máquinas mirando el celular4° la gente entrena sin tapabocas y nadie lleva su toallaUna verdadera vergüenza de gimnasio
