Myriam Rivera: El recorrido por el sector turístico de Cartagena en el City tour fue una bonita experiencia.Me ubiqué en el segundo piso para disfrutar mejor la panorámica y tomé una buena decisión.Son aproximadamente 2 horas, hace paradas en algunos puntos para tomar fotos.Durante el recorrido te van informando (hay posibilidad de escuchar en varios idiomas, ya que entregan unos audífonos y al conectarlos seleccionas el idioma) te explican el lugar, el nombre, su historia, el porqué esun sitio importante en Cartagena.

Aide Lopez: Lo compre a través de groupon. Nos recogieron media hora después de lo pactado. Los buses son cómodos y aseados. Funciona muy bien el aire acondicionado. Sin embargo la información que brindan de la ciudad no es mayor, realmente es muy pobre el recorrido y la información de la ciudad y su historia. Es bueno para ubicarse en la ciudad pero no vale la pena como city Tour

Liliana Garzon: Pésima experiencia, realice la reserva un mes antes para tomar un city tour en Cartagena y el día que lo fui a tomar me dicen que se cancelo sin previo aviso, por lo cual perdí la ultima mañana que tenia en Cartagena; adicional se comprometieron a devolverme el dinero y hasta el día de hoy no he recibido la devolución, no contraten con esta empresa es totalmente irresponsable.

Mi primera experiencia no ha sido nada buena porque La señorita Linda Monsalve me ha puesto tres citas en el mismo día para venderme los planes turísticos y me ha dejado esperando las tres veces. Que falta de ética la de ella y que falta de organización empresarial. Además de que mientras esperábamos se presentaron inconformidades de varios clientes que no les cumplieron, no los recogieron y nadie les da razón, eso habla pésimo de ustedes.

Adele Townsend: El autobús era viejo y no de dos pisos. La información del recorrido fue pregrabada. No se sincronizaba con las vistas y se detenía al azar. Solo estaba en inglés y español, no se anunciaron otros idiomas. El puerto de auriculares no funcionaba.El recorrido a pie incluido comenzó a las 4 p.m. Le dijimos al guía que no hablábamos español. Y la primera sección fue solo en español por 5 minutos así que nos fuimos. Fue anunciado en varios idiomas.Si quieres moverte, sería más barato conseguir y uber o cabify. Es mejor tomar un uber para llegar al Centro y dar un paseo. Y encuentre un recorrido a pie de habla inglesa en las experiencias de Airbnb.Solo lo recomendaría si quisieras dar un paseo por las murallas de la ciudad. Pero no se ve mucho desde afuera.

Después de las cuatro te quedas atascado en el tráfico.

Jackie Schmidt: No viaje en el autobús Hop On Hop Off en Cartagena, Columbia. Lo único que vale la pena ver es el fuerte. De lo contrario, las paradas son restaurantes. Esta es una ciudad que recomiendo para un tour privado o en barco.Hay un autobús que te lleva al casco antiguo para tomar el autobús HoHo. Lo que el operador no te dice es que solo puedes viajar en ese autobús de una manera. Para volver al barco, tienes que tomar un taxi.

Ein grosser Pluspunkt.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Uns wurde gesagt, dass ca. jede h ein Bus kommt, wenn man an einer Haltestelle aussteigt. Wir machten allerdings die Erfahrung, dass dies z.T. knapp 2 h dauerte, je nach Verkehrslage, Anzahl der eingesetzten Busse und der jeweiligen Regen- und Überschwemmungssituation.Bei einem 2-tägigen Ticket schafft man alle Haltestationen, an einem Tag ist das schwierig. Eventuell ist für 1 Tag ein Taxi die bessere Option.
Tino Zimmermann: Eine gute Art die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Busse fahren alle 40 Minuten und halten an den wichtigsten Punkten. Ehrlich gesagt ist es aber nicht unbedingt nötig. Man kann auch gut zu Fuß Sales erkunden.
Jiri del S.: Bus tour cover major highlights of the city of Cartagena. It has an approx interval 45 minutes, but dont rely on that for 100%. Today afternoon (15:45 stop 1 departure) for delay elimination stops 2 and 3 were even not served (waited there on stop 2 for almost 15 minutes after schedule - sit there 20 minutes before at Juan Valdez, so nobody can blame me i was late. So went to stop 1 where the delayed bus just arrived and went directly to stop 4 (where we had to shift to different bus). But almost everybody we are here for vacay, so island time :)

N Villarreal: Duran Duran tours helped me coordinate several events for a week long work conference in Cartagena a few years ago. They helped me tremendously because I was planning this from Dallas, Texas and I had to put a lot of trust in them. My trust was not misplaced, they were incredible!! They planned an entire day's tour for 80 people (including transportation) plus they helped me with a rental of a catamaran with direct drop off at a restaurant for dinner. That night was amazing and everything went very smoothly. They made me look really good in front of our customers and my managers! At the end of the week Mr. Duran thanked me and said he was grateful because this was the first large tour group he'd managed since his business was fairly new. I would never have known it by their level of organization, service and professionalism. I loved Cartagena and if I ever go back Duran Duran Tours is who I'd call first!! Nous avons fait une visite guidée du marché de Carthagène avec le gérant de cette agence afin d’acheter les produits nécessaires à la recette que nous avons ensuite réalisée dans la maison du couple. Andrew Hatcher: This was perhaps one of the best tours we've ever participated in, anywhere in the world!We were picked up at our apartment by one of our hosts, Angel, and then driven out to the Bazurto Market to buy the ingredients for our lunch. This would have been worth the cost of the entire tour alone - the market covers a vast area, teeming with locals buying and selling goods of all kinds. Stepping into its maze-like interior is a little intimidating (especially if you're not fluent in Spanish!), but no worries - Angel guided us through the various shops and stalls, stopping to get us some tasty samples, shopping for produce and fresh fish, greeting various friends and acquaintances, and all the while providing us with all sorts of information (about the market, Cartagena, Colombia and a bit of his personal biography.Leaving the market, we then drove to his family's home in the Andalucia neighborhood. We were greeted there by his lovely wife, Maria, and her assistant, and then began preparing our meal. Our hosts made sure to keep the conversation flowing when they weren't instructing us, and, over the course of three hours, we all got to know a bit about each other (and, of course, Colombian cuisine!). With such pleasant company and plenty to do, time flew by and, seemingly before I knew it, it was time to eat!We were joined for lunch by Angel and Maria's son (I am SO sorry, but I can't recall the young man's name just now), a college student and very friendly young man. We all ate our delicious home-cooked meal together, and continued our great conversation throughout. When we were finished, we said our goodbyes (but not before they gave us a special parting gift!) and Angel and his assistant drove us back to our apartment in the Centro district.We spent about 9 days in Colombia, and I would say that this was the most enjoyable, most educational and most rewarding experience we had during our time there. I cannot recommend this tour (or any tour with Duran Duran) highly enough!

De todas las agencias cotizadas, fue la única presta a escucharme y a ubicarme un traslado compartido y No privado por cuestión de economía, ya que viajaba sola.Aunado, me dió unos tips para desplazarme por cuenta propia hacia el Aviario, pagando de igual manera lo justo.Excelente atención y cercanía para con sus clientes🤝!

Patrik Holmberg: This is the worst experience I have ever had with a tour company anywhere in the world.We booked everything for Playa Blanca the day before at their office and continued talking to them over text messages during the night to confirm our pick up.Today, when we arrived the pick up wasnt there and they couldn't give us a new one. Apparently a public holiday today, something they did not tell us yesterday.We had to ask for every bit of information, or search for ourselves. No information was provided by the office/staff. They even tried to put the blame on us by saying we booked the wrong time, but in reality they gave us two different pick up time to choose from.The service was bad and it felt like they did nothing to make the situation better, like ordering us a taxi or something to fix the issue they have caused.I do not recommend using them at all, a time waster and bad experience.

Steve Tadevich: We booked a private tour with Duran Duran for a group of eight. Booked the tour in January of 2018 and pulled into port early April. Everything was excellent, from the time we were greeted coming off our cruise ship until we were dropped off at the conclusion of tour. Knowledgeable guide, interesting stops, an air conditioned van. Cost was better than what the cruise line offered and from what I understand it was far superior. I highly recommend Duran Duran.
