Kevin M Daley: My initial feeling when we sat down was that they had an extremely aggressive approach in their attempt to pad the bill--pushing pricy wines and other high end food items. I Ordered the Steak assuming that an experienced steak house would deliver quality. The steak literally came out to our table raw--it is if it was never placed in the oven. We had to send it back. Literally two minutes later they came back to the table and the steak was still raw--not rare--but raw. Finally they brought the steak to our table over cooked. I do not habitually write reviews on restaruants however this was our first night back in Cartagena and honestly we expected much, much more. There are many many good options in Cartagena and we suggest you look elsewhere so as to not end up dissapointed.

Ana Rosales: El ambientación del restaurante está bien, pero su comida no tiene nada de argentina. Pedimos una provoleta y era mozzarea derretida. El pan, era un pan dulce, la carne estaba ok pero no como seria una parrillada argentina, y las ensaladas típicas de Colombia. El puré que acompañaba la carne era puré instantáneo.Conclusión no tiene nada de comida argentina.
erika samaniego: I went here on my birthday, they had a live band at 8pm and they sang happy birthday to me. It was so beautiful.The food was great and very cheap in comparison to US prices, but with the same or even better quality and taste of US steak. The Argentinian wine too 10/10 recommend.

El canal de LejoTube: Fui a este restaurante sobre las diez de la noche el sábado 20 de Mayo de 2023, la comida es aceptable para un restaurante, pero el servicio y la atención (tal vez lo mismo) es ESPECTACULAR, sobre las 10 de la noche, a punto de salir, empezó a llover y nos pusieron sombrilla, 10 minutos después empieza a llover más fuerte, y en serio, la atención es MÁGICA, estábamos en la primera parte del restaurante y nos pasaron a detrás de la cocina, luego 30min después dijimos que habían 3 cumpleañeros y nos dieron torta, nos ayudaron y nos dieron cosas para que la lluvia no nos afecte, salimos y agradecimos por su gran atención, recomendadoAtención :100/10 :) en serioComida 7/10

La comida es deliciosa! Sin duda la MEJOR que he probado en mi estancia de 2 semanas en este país. Un pescado Robalo al limón con arroz al coco y verduras. Agua de guanábana. Atención muy amable y precios accesibles (15usd por todo). Agradable lugar. El platillo llegó en poco tiempo. La entrada fue una salsa muy rica de cebolla caramelizada. Lo recomiendo! Ole Fu: Buena comida, servicio muy amable. Parece ser administrado por una familia. Tenía una lomo y era exactamente como se ordenó (medio raro). También es un buen lugar para sentarse. El precio es alto pero similar a los lugares de los alrededores en el centro turístico de Cartagena. Cuando mencionamos una lesión en la pierna por las muchas tapas abiertas (especialidad colombiana), incluso nos ofrecieron medicamentos. También digno de mención: no hay aire acondicionado ajustado a las condiciones del Ártico y nada de la música de fiesta basura ensordecedora.

Adriana Perez: Our waitress made sure she got us into the restaurant and low key ignored us once we took our table. Another couple walked out after not getting their order taken, I was observing and being optimistic. She apologized for ignoring us and made up for it with kind words :0) and giving us updates for when it was coming out. She got my order wrong so I had to wait additional time for my food to get prepared as the rest of the table ate. The agua fresca was delicious, we mixed lulo y maracuyá, Muy rico. And my plate was good but my folks ordered carne asada and they reported that it was tough. The restaurant was packed with locals but There are tons of other restaurants in the neighborhood. This street has lots to offer. We spent all evening and night walking around. Lots to do :0)

Madison Ree Koen: The food is quite good, but it doesn't begin to make up for the extremely rude treatment we received from the waitresses for absolutely no conceivable reason from the moment we set foot in here. Perhaps we didn't look rich enough🤑? I have no idea.A few examples of the behavior I'm talking about: in the middle of ordering something, at least three times, one of the waitresses got a disdainful look on her face and just walked off to attend the two other tables in the place (it was not at all busy the evening we went) and came back ten minutes later. In general, we were ignored if we raised our hands to get the staff's attention to ask for anything. A part of my wife's order was wrong, but nobody cared or offered to correct it. Our silverware was practically thrown at the table from a distance. When our food arrived, the waitress (a different person from the one who took our order) set the food down haphazardly and a good bit of my soup slopped out onto the table. No apology offered.I'll reiterate that the food was actually quite good--but there are several similar and equally tasty options nearby to be had at a better price and, best of all, where they seem to treat all diners like human beings.Platos vegetarianos: Not available

Guillermo Sanchez Martinez: Si estás por el centro de convenciones es el lugar más concurrido para la hora del almuerzo, un día anterior en otro lugar un amigo pidio posta cartagenera y estaba súper suave la carne por lo cual quise yo probarla aquí y algunos pedazos de carne no estaban tan suaves, el pulpo estaba buenísimo y no importa que esté muy lleno, la fila avanza rápido.

Lourdes Celestrin: Me hubiera gustado escribir una buena calificación, pero la realidad es que teníamos expectativas mas altas tomando en cuenta el lugar y el costo. El sabor de la mayoría de los platos no nos impresionó, tampoco la calidad de los vinos. Además algo de lo que comí me cayó mal, estuve vomitando durante toda la madrugada y parte de la mañana siguiente. El servicio si estuvo excelente y el lugar es muy bonito.

RBS NETWORKS: Every time you go there you'll find a very fresh sushi, deliciously cooked and the vista to the mar is out of this world. This place is excellent. Located at Bocagrande Shoping Center 4th floor ask for the large combo wow super delicious! Enjoy, go there it is a very clean place to visit. It is right across from the Cine Colombia movie theaters.
Silvia Carrion: This restaurant is located at the Hyatt Hotel the restaurant has wonderful views from the floor to ceiling windows and and beautifully designed interiors. The service was professional and although they had a corporate event which gave the place a vibrant and pleasant atmosphere they didn't forget about us.The 3 stars are for the food we order octopus as appetizer and one of their lunch special, entraña. Well the octopus had a nice presentation but was quite hard and gummy the entraña was no such cut of meat. Just had tiny piece and really tasted as highly processed meat. Hard to believe that in such nice fancy restaurant we had the worst food in all Catagena.

Vanessa Mallard: By the time I landed in Cartagena, made it through customs, checked into the hotel and got settled in, I was too exhausted to go looking for something to eat. So, I settled on this gem. There was a slight language barrier, but the bartender and I made do. I ordered the most delicious lobster burger and drink (I forget the name of it). As I chatted with him, I took in the most amazing night time views of Cartagena. I was supposed to make it back before I left, but didn't have a chance to go back and take in the skyline at night while taking a dip in the infinity pool.

Manav Khandelwal: Our favorite meal in Cartagena by far! The setting was beautiful with an outdoor courtyard and indoor air conditioned tables. The service was fast and generous; they brought us an extra small appetizer and an extra dessert that were both fantastic and on the house. For food, we loved everything we got: the ceviche, the Al pastor tacos, the burrata salad, the brisket, and the pork belly. Everything was just out of this world especially the pork belly. Portions are fairly even between entradas and mains.
J. Savage: Carmen is not safe place for people of color. I was shocked and saddened by my recent visit to Carmen of Cartagena . It was especially disappointing since we had a positive dining experience at theMedellin location. We knew weren’t welcome from the minute we entered the restaurant. The female hostess made it clear from the moment we walked in the door that we weren’t welcomed there. I was shocked and sadden because Carmen highly recommended. I was in awe because she was a women of color. America has it issues, but it is rare that i am disrespected by someone that looks like me. I want my racism the good ole fashion American way by folks that don’t look like me. I recommend that people of color patronize establishments where your money is welcomed. This is not Carmen of Cartagena. Kudos, to Mar y Zielo for getting it right. Also, kudos to the male host that tried his best to accommodate our party. I would return if I could deal with him. Again, avoid Carmen of Cartagena. Stick to the the one in Medellin.

Johanna Villegas: I visited during rainy season, so beware- it can be quite hot in the evenings. The restaurant provides bug spray but when making your reservation, their system does not specify that you may choose from an Air conditioned area or not. Keep this in mind and ensure you follow up with the restaurant to ensure you get the area you want.Overall, the service was fabulous. The food was good enough. I will not be back but I recommend you check it out at least once.
