I always call ahead for hours because due to pandemic and short staffed they don’t always open hours posted but usually 7 am to 4 pm M-F and 7 am to 12 noon Saturday. I also like the results are 15-45 minutes and ive never had issues with my results. Other places you have to keep calling etc because they don’t always deliver in time- so I appreciate Genesis!
