New to the city and Colombia, hadn’t quite gotten the exchange rate right and while paying in cash, the cashier person saw me struggling, offered to help, and then double charged me. Thankfully the receipt printed and after reviewing it at my table we got the… mixup sorted. The cappuccino was also lackluster. Much better cafes around.

A.L. Harris: Great Breakfast inside the Walled City. If you can get a table, jump at it. This place is always packed. Fresh juice, pastries, coffee, breakfast and lunch. Order and pay at the counter and you can watch them make your food as you wait. Waffles con fruitas is so good. Peasant Eggs is a nice skillet with scrambled eggs, cheese, and onions and served with pancakes. Lattes are excellent.

Darin Bass: Best Host and Hostess of all time in Cartagena. Waffles are incredible and drinks served with an artistic flare if you like. Small, cozy place but does the most. Diablo and his girl are the best people in that part of Colombia. My buddy took me there and I will return soon.

JUANOLIVARES: We usually buy ice cream to take away, initially in Bocagrande Av San Martin, however we noticed a decline in the quality of service and product and for more than 18 months we began to buy at CC Caribe Plaza, however today April 01, 2023 they went too far! apart from the sour face that the girls who serve the ice cream to go usually have, they are rude, aggressive and make one feel as if they were doing us a favor by portioning our purchase to go. Today we noticed that they reluctantly provided us with a 1.5 liter pot of ice cream for $38,000 pesos, that is to say, nothing free or cheap. We noticed that the girl was portioning without applying pressure to eliminate air pockets in the pot, my wife kindly asks you to please apply pressure since she would not be portioning 1.5 liters of ice cream as described in the advertisement and purchase, the girl with hateful face towards my wife without saying a word or a friendly look, she proceeded to seal the jar, put it in a paper bag and gave it to my wife who, convinced that this girl had portioned 1.5 liters correctly, when she got home Before putting the jar in the freezer, she uncovered the jar and, totally disappointed, she showed me how it had been delivered to her and wanting to cry with anger and impotence, she begged me to please, on this occasion, report the lack of customer service and the Lack of ethics on the part of the administration of Crepes And Waffles since it is not the first time that this has happened and we have reported it.
