We went back twice.Really good veggie roll section which can easily be made vegan by omitting the cream cheese which the waitresses understood easily.The veggie gyozas weee amazing, the tempura cream was amazing but the highlight were the chimi rolls. Laurent Cosson: Simply the best food experience in Cartagena. Original, generous, delicious. Wonderful mix of flavours, great and knowledgeable service, friendly team in the kitchen and behind the counter. My « go to » each time we are in town.

Troy Benson: Absolutely beautiful restaurant. Incredible food and top notch ambiance. However, they don’t get 5 stars from me, because their service was disjointed and confusing. We ordered a chefs menu and the courses were delivered in a poor sequence and they had to be reminded to keep the pace up. That being said, they were busy and everything else was superb.

Sandra: This place was quite a surprise. Firstly, my family and I walked into Carmen hoping to snatch a table for an early dinner. Well, with no reservation that plan backfired.Thankfully, the staff suggested Moshi. Moshi serves Japanese cuisine, and is nestled inside Carmen. I ordered the tasting menu w/cocktails and it was an amazing meal. This review was long over due, one year to be exact, and I can’t recall all of the dishes. However, if you’re a foodie and appreciate small surprises in every dish, then I recommend the tasting menu.
