Danny K: This is a tough one for me. The hotel seems like a nice little boutique hotel, however, we visited for a Sunday brunch. Apparently, the best feature is the rooftop, and unfortunately, brunch was inside due to some rain. Small and cozy restaurant space, however, the music was WAY too loud! Service started off great, but went downhill quite quickly. The brunch is done in a tapas style, which is quite unique and was enjoyable. Food was very good, however, it took quite some time to come out. Overall, I’d definitely go again, but only if the rooftop is open. There’s no way I could sit through a meal again with the volume they played the music. Hopefully service improves for the next time too.

You can message them on WhatsApp for all your needs, including to order room service, and the service was so quick! We absolutely loved it and would 100% stay again! Gabrielle Marie: While I did not stay at Townhouse, my husband and I enjoyed their rooftop bar one evening when we were in Cartagena. This was one of our favorite places for cocktails and nachos! Everything is very well priced, the atmosphere is super trendy, and the nachos are probably some of the best I have ever had. The rooftop over looks the city, so do yourself a favor by ordering a drink and some apps while watching the sunset. It is absolutely breathtaking.

Farrah Powell: We spent a day here and took advantage of the day passes that the property offers. They have a ferry that picks up in the mornings, which is convenient. We were welcomed by the staff and taken to our pool lounger. The hotel offers many add-on options for the day passes. We didn't opt for the all-inclusive package. But enjoyed a delicious meal at lunch. The pork sandwich with sour dough was amazing, as well as the ceviche. The cooks here must be applauded. We also had a massage and can report that it was the best 25$ we have ever spent period. The masseuse was amazing. The dj was a nice touch, and the music was a good mix of genres. We had such a good time, and we are hoping to come back for a weekend getaway soon. A day here just isn't enough.

Adriana Withers: We had a great time at the resort until a staff member booked a motorbike tour for with a hotel guide, told us that this was the safe way to see the island and we could take a phone for photos, and the guide then set-up a situation where we were robbed. The hotel took no responsibility/refused accountability. If you're up for a pool party, great, but I wouldn't trust their recommendations/tours or for them to take responsibility if anything goes wrong.Safety: Put in a situation that was unsafe.

Isabela Murillo: Can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. Everything was perfect. The rooms, the food, the staff, the service and the location. The beach is clean and great to swim and with great views of the sunset. My one feedback would be that there seems to be a lot of promise of activities happening at night for guests on the website but we didn;t get any of this. It was extremely quiet and dead in the evenings. Despite this, I would 100% return in a heartbeat.Also really love their focus on sustainability and you could tell this isn't just a marketing ploy. They have a glass bottle recycling facility in the back, a garden where they grow herbs and vegtables that are used in the kitchen.Tip: book directly through their website and not through third party providers to ensure you get free breakfast included and the boat trip back to Cartagena included.

Al Stankus: Spent three glorious nights at Blue Apple and couldn't have been happier (well the all night Rave at a nearby resort put some unwanted deep bass into the night)The room was huge, the bed and linens top-notch and hot water plentiful.Every member of the staff went out of their way to take care of you...a special nod to Luz and Jorge. And Jessie at the front is amazing.Every meal was truly delicious with highlights being the sea bass carpaccio, fish crudo and seafood paella. The bar makes terrific nights and the wine list is really good.We spent three nights and to spend any less would be a mistake. You really do settle into an island pattern. And book a massage near the beach.
Emma Backup.: We really enjoyed our time at Blue Apple and ended up coming back for a second day. It's a good vibe and the staff are friendly and quick with service. The only negative was that we booked a bed on our second visit they said there was none available when we arrived so we had to sit on regular loungers. But that was deducted from our bill so not the end of the world. We went to a few beach clubs in Cartagena and this was probably my favourite one!
Ad Dub: We went there on a day trip and really enjoyed it. The best thing was the food and great service. Overall worth what you pay for. The boat was 20-30 mins late to get there. Instead of following a line for who gets to go upstairs, they’ll let their friends(?) and couples first. If you’re with a bigger group, forget about it. Which is insane bc we would have brought the most money. And when you question they’re super rude! They tried telling me it was bc I had gotten there only 15min prior. Hm, no sir! I have eyes and saw all these ppl who just got here after us get upstairs before us. And again, being super rude and condescending. Carolina Sanz: Food & drinks: The paella was more so rice with seafood but it was tasty. The service, however, was atrocious. When we asked for hot sauce and salt, the staff never brought it. Furthermore, they brought us our tab and we paid cash. Needless to say, I am still waiting to get back my change. Oh, and not once did they ask us if we wanted any cocktails while we were on the beach.Noteworthy details: The details could use more maintenance. The location is advertised as a boho-chic place, but instead it looks abandoned. From the minute we got off the boat, the staff asked us at what time we were leaving. We basically felt like we were being kicked out without having even sat down at our daybed. Also, it took us asking 5 times (and a whole hour) before we even got towels. Additionally, they stopped playing music and closed the bar 45 minutes before we were even leaving.
Daniel Monsalve Ruiz: Today we went to Fenix Beach with two friends.We pay 750,000 Colombian pesos.It supposedly included a welcome cocktail, which was actually a Coronita (tiny corona), lunch that was really good with a small sugary lemonade, and a dessert that didn’t come.We booked to leave at 6:30 pm, but one of the managers told us that we couldn’t, and we had to leave at 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm.At 5.25 pm, they asked us to take the boat. I asked about the dessert, and his response was, “Oh, do you still want it?”While we were there, nobody came to ask if we wanted something or bring a drinks menu.Super disappointed with the experience.
Erika Sanchez Sandoval: We had high expectations about this place, we paid for the pass to celebrate Father's Day, the staff was very attentive, the food was delicious, but the piece of beach that they have set aside for the hotel is too dirty! Unfortunate experience that when swimming you get garbage of all kinds including human waste and not exactly algae or corals. The plan is very cool but I had to call attention 3 times for them to go and clean the demarcated area of the sea and on no occasion did they go in to do it despite warning them that they will enter, they only cleaned what the sea left on the shore and I saw to several tourists entering to the end of the demarcated area and literally picking up the garbage and complaining about the same. The plan is expensive and the least one expects is that at least every hour they are cleaning the internal area of the sea. I do not recommend it because in the end we had to go to the pool and we paid to swim and enjoy a beach and sea free of unpleasant waste.

Alexandra Rey Angel: El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, super cerca al centro histórico. Tienen varios horarios disponibles de lanchas, asi que uno puede ir a la ciudad y volver a la isla. Cuentan con una fogata todas las noches y con dj. Los meseros siempre con la mejor actitud. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, cuentan con aire acondicionado. El servicio de aseo del hotel es muy bueno, siempre las habitación se encontraba limpia. Oliver Pérez Camargo: I was at a wedding brunch where my friends, with great affection, reserved for approximately 50 people. But they had only one waiter serving, the brunch lasted from 10am to 2pm while they served everyone. There were even people who got tired and left. When they complained, they only put one more person to attend, and things improved a bit but they were still super slow. I saw that they made an effort but they were simply too few.Too bad such a paltry staffing spoiled what could have been a nice beachside brunch with cool breezes and enjoyable food.

And at the end, they charged double the price, saying they had to charge a shot of vodka (?) to replace the gin in the martini.. we argued, but the manager was rude and not client friendly. A big zero for the service.Unfortunately, although the view is amazing, go for some pictures and get your drinks somewhere else nicer !

Nikolay Grigorenko: We came here for one day, to hang out at the beach.After reading the reviews about 15+ beaches on the isles near Cartagena, I wasn't expecting much from the experience.This place proved to be better than I thought (and better than many other beaches, judging by the reviews).What we liked:* Fast and clear communication via WhatsApp (I made the booking on Sunday evening, for Monday morning)* Boarding the boat was ok, we had to wait for somebody 15 mins, but that's acceptable* No tricks with prices: we were not charged a single cent on top of the agreed amount, and everything that was supposed to be included in the tour, was there. Prices in the menu on site were also correct, without further surprises in the bill.* Welcoming and unintrusive personnel on the beach* Comfortable beach beds with shadow roof above* Appropriate volume of music, not too loudThere was nothing that we disliked too much, but here are a few things, worth mentioning as some drawbacks:* Food was eatable, but not more than that* Same for the drinks - drinkable, but not too good* Beach was ok for our purpose (to relax near the beachfront and work a bit), but if you are looking for some picturesque place with crystal clear turquoise water, you should probably look beyond Terra Bomba. The staff were very friendly and the vibe was very relaxed (great if you are not looking for a party atmosphere).Definitely looked a bit different from the photos but that’s to be expected. When booking Bomba you will NOT have access to the rest of Namaste unless you pay for it.The beds and hammocks were great and yes the ocean is a a bit rocky but that is everywhere here and not the fault of the beach club.If you are looking for an easy place to get to that won’t hit the wallet hard check it out.

Dan Glynnbals: The masseuses and vendors are like seagulls when you open a bag of chips, they flock to you and won’t stop. If you enjoy nonstop harassment and trash on the underwhelming beach, this is the place for you, if not steer clear. The water is reminiscent of Boston harbor in the 80’s.

I stayed in this hotel in May, my mother suffered an accident around the pool and this hotel does not have trained personnel, nor do they have any protocol for these cases. My mom fell silent and lost consciousness for a few minutes and the lifeguard who was nearby brought me a cream to spread. The lack of knowledge in an accident like this is noticeable, an ambulance was never called to immobilize her, I had to pick her up after she fell and take her to the hospital in a taxi. Es war bis auf das Wochende nicht überlaufen und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht.Zu Fuss kann man mehrere Restaurants und Bars erreichen und durch Bocagrande bummeln, Ich habe mich auch abends sicher gefühlt.
