Nathan: This was a really cool hotel to stay at. You feel like you are just surrounded by history. Walking distance to just about everything and very safe. All the good restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops, museums and anything else you need near by. The hotel staff was very nice and very accommodating. They made sure that we had everything we needed. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was fantastic! Spent the early mornings and late evenings walking around exploring, but the middle of the day just chilling by the rooftop pool sipping on the local cervezas. I would definitely stay here again.

Der Garten ist ein Kleinod, das Frühstück unfassbar, die Zimmer super sauber, unser Zimmer hatte ein Doppel- und ein Einzelwett, großes Bad, Klimaanlage und einen eigenen kleinen Balkon, auf dem uns Äffchen und Kolibris besuchten. In jeder Ecke steckt Geschichte. Lucy ist immer vor Ort und hat uns unter anderem geholfen, einen tollen Ausflug zu organisieren und ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Erika und die anderen Damen sind sehr freundlich. Wir bedanken uns nochmals für 5 tolle Tage in Casa Helda mitten in Cartagena.

Brandon Williams: Pretty cool location. Very relaxing and a stray away from the hostel norm. The staff were also super kind.Only complaints is that someone needs to be near desk at all times ( they have to buzz you out) and m maybe finding a way to make the private rooms sound proof ( it’s connected with the other bathroom)But the complaints really aren’t that big of a deal and whoever goes will have a great time here !

Diego Alejandro Moreno Cortez: Un lugar con una muy buena vista al mar y al lago, cuenta con cocina y dependiendo de la habitación tendrás más de 1 o 3 camas, tiene hielera y balcón con hermosa vista. La recepción es muy buena y abajo tiene un centro comercial. Te ofrecen desayunos muy ricos y está ubicado en la zona rosa de Cartagena a unos muy pocos pasos de el mar.

Lorena Marangoni: Right now I'm in apartment 519, the view is beautiful, there are some cucas, but nothing to be scared of, the bad stuff is awful, there is no hot water, THERE IS NO HOT WATER, you have to bathe with cold water and it doesn't work, I catch a cold on the 2nd day, he loses the bathroom sink and the kitchen sink, the facilities are fine for my safan. roee: y la vista es bellísima, se ve todo el mar y el atardecer se ve muy hermoso. Hay una hamaca donde puedes pasar el rato viendo el cielo ,la ciudad y el mar, cuenta con aire acondicionado, nevera y caja fuerte. la atencion es muy buena, son amables y te preguntan si necesitas algo. Todo está muy limpio y muy ordenado, es tranquilo y no hay ninguna bulla, esta todo cerca, restaurantes, playa, tiendas , me voy muy feliz de ahí, volvería ahí por siempre , lo recomiendo muchísimo;

Vladimir Chandeck: The best thing about the stay was the location of the apartment, it has a magnificent view, surely one of the best in the area. But they do not provide towels and basic toiletries, such as toilet paper, soap, or expect to receive shampoo. Sheets were missing. The TV does not have CableTV. The girl in charge tries to do what is within her power, but with limited resources and serving customers, she can't keep up. The lack of maintenance in the apartment is noticeable. We observed a couple of small cockroaches. Later I could see that for the same price, I could have gotten a better place but without the privileged view. I almost forgot to mention that the owner of the apartment is going to kick them out before check-in time, in a somewhat hostile way

Luz Stella Botero: This is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. There were roaches and had to kill them before I could go to sleep. The appliances were from the 80s and unusable. Never going back; even if they pay me.

Dani Yidi: Hostels will always have good and bad. The rooms were cleaned everyday and other travelers were wonderful, they had activities and most of the staff was friendly. With the exception of a creepy (made me feel unsafe and was grabbing me by the wrist and followed me into the bathroom) bartender “Arnold/arny” and one rude older reception lady (didn’t remember her name) but the rest of staff was friendly and made the place great for a few days!

Mas eu acho que é mais pq eles não sentem a necessidade do que pq é inseguro mesmo. Tem câmeras na entrada e nas áreas comuns. A entrada é controlada por portão automático e câmeras. Porém circulam muitas pessoas todos os dias.Walkability: Fiz tudo a pé dentro da cidade amuralhada e foi bem fácil. Voltava de madrugada sozinha do rolê , sem problemas.Food & drinks: Bebida cara, mas assim, nada comparado com sp por exemplo. Tostada de carne sensacional, e café da manhã bom com sanduíche, panqueca, frutas (abacaxi mais doce 🤤) , suco, iogurte , granola , Sucrilhos, café coado bomNoteworthy details: A decoração do hostel é um show a parte. É perfeito.Não tem chuveiro quente. Porém no outro hostel que me hospedei também não tinha. A água sai quente do chuveiro pq é muito calor , fez mais de 33 graus todos os dias. Eu sou muito chata com chuveiro mesmo no verão eu tomo quente. E não senti falta de chuveiro aquecido pq a água saia morna e tava calor.

Manu: Great location and incredible furniture! It was an adventure to stay and sleep there! We really loved it for our two nights. Even with around 40 people in the room was it quiet during the night and the two toilets and showers worked out as well! (Which seemed first as a little bit little.) Would definitely recommend to stay there!

Victoria Ortiz: The space of the beds and in the dorms was very good. The bed was super comfortable and the curtain gave a lot of privacy. It has air conditioning, which was a welcome relief in such a hot city. The location is perfect too.There were only two bathrooms per dorm, where around 20 people slept, which was quite inconvenient since you had to wait to get in in general. The bathrooms were clean but the shower had no door so the floor was constantly wet.
