The handle of the bag was damaged and I took it to have it replaced because the bag is less than 3 months old and the response from the seller in Velez was that they were going to send it as a guarantee to fix it, and supposedly they gave me answers in 15 business days. I think it is a lack of respect and seriousness of this well-known brand. The ideal is to exchange the bag for another of the same value, I will be telling you what happens in 15 business days, but at this moment Velez has disappointed me.
