erika samaniego: It was kind of chaotic and smelled like urine, the government could preserve it a little better. A lot of cars parked and driving right in front of it, it would be so much nicer if the little street right in front of the structure was a walkable street to make it more tourist friendly. If we decided to walk inside the bóvedas (to avoid the cars) we were faced with people trying to sell us stuff. We just wanted to peacefully walk, admire and take pictures without having to be rude and ignore people or saying “No gracias” every minute. The structures are nice if you already know the history behind it. My boyfriend, who doesn’t really care about history, thought it was boring and dirty. I liked it but could be better preserved.

José Vicente: They close very early, I am not satisfied that they close at 5 in the afternoon, that is a learning space, it should close at least at 7 pm, the people who serve are not friendly and it shows that doing their job is for mere convenience, they do not do it with love, much less dedication. The spaces are quite neglected and the paintings full of dust some.I only recommend going if it is necessarily important... But to see the museum I recommend others who are here in our city.The service is deplorable. to correct!!

Gajan: Plaza de Los Coches is a charming place to visit during the day with beautiful scenery and horse-drawn carriages. The perfect spot for a leisurely stroll. At night it becomes a hot spot for a pretty active night life which can be super fun. However, it's important to exercise alot of caution during the night as tourists and visitors are always oftenly targeted for robbery. Visitors should be wary of pickpockets and chain snatchers. Street vendors have been known to change the price of drinks mid-transaction and work in cahoots with the criminals. It's important to keep a close eye on your belongings and stay alert at all times.

Martin Aguayo Salas: Una vez que pasás los arcos bajo la Torre del Reloj, es el punto de inicio de un recorrido por la historia de Cartagena. Donde antiguamente se vendían los esclavos, hoy sigue siendo lugar de comercios. Dulces, casas de cambio, bares, locales de ropa y mucho mas. Alli se encuentra el monumento a Pedro de Heredia, fundador de Cartagena y es la esquina de la Calle de las Carretas desde donde parten los carruajes tirados por caballos que hacen los paseos por la ciudad.
