En SOMA YOGA Cartagena, queremos difundir la conciencia física, mental y espiritual, este acercamiento se enfoca hacia el trabajo físico profundo, integrando clases posturales, de alineación y respiración. Desde el primer día de nuestras actividades hemos recibido a muchos especialistas del bienestar físico que han contribuido a difundir estas dinámicas.

Fabiana has dedicated herself to the practice, study and teaching of yoga since discovering its joys and benefits in 2001,her appreciation of movement goes beyond yoga since she has been a dancer from a very young age, she trained in the disciplines of Ashtanga yoga, Dharma Mittra and Iyengar combining elements of these styles into a dynamic and inspiring alignment-based flow, she is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training at Yoga London School (RYS) in London, UK. Currently she is also studying for her BKS Iyengar certificate.

Fabiana se ha dedicado al estudio del yoga desde el año 2001, su apreciación del movimiento va mas allá del Yoga ya que ha sido bailarina desde temprana edad, ha tomado clases y talleres en disciplinas como Ashtanga Yoga, Dharma Mittra e Iyengar, combinando elementos de cada estilo en una clases inspirada en la alineación y la fluidez, en la actualidad es profesora certificada por la alianza internacional de yoga obtenida de sus estudios de Yoga en Londres y se está preparando para ser instructora de método Iyengar.

Sol's yoga journey began in 2010. As she began to feel the transformation yoga had in her life she felt inspired to share the gift of yoga with others. Sol believes the mind, body, soul connection is a sacred one, and one that should be nurtured and inspired. One of her most influential teachers is Andrei Ram and because of this she makes regular visits to his workshops in Colombia to deepen her understanding of Raja Yoga.

With that mentality she teaches her classes from her heart creating an uplifting, safe environment for students to begin to explore and expand within their own body and consciousness. She is currently a 300 hrs Yoga teacher based on Raja Yoga philosophy .

Having learning experiences in numerous countries, I can say without hesitation that The Spanish World Institute is the best!

I had a really great time at spanish world institute. A great place to learn spanish with good teachers. I had two week of private lessons over here with two different teachers. Both teachers (Andrés and Nahomy) were really friendly and skilled in the things they doing. Thanks Andrés and Nahomy for this good time and the things you learned me! I will definitly come back to learn more.
