Brian McCarthy: Pretty good gym. Has lots of equipment as you can see from the photos.I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing deadlift or squat here, as the gym is slightly in disarray. Nobody seems to put back their weights or equipment, to the extent that when I was done with dumbbells I didn’t even know where they should go.Having said that, I would happily go again

Timi: I have been in many gyms in the world even in Cartagena visited other gym but this has been the worst ever!!! Here is the list:1. Unfriendly staffs. Unfriendly atmosphere.2. Machines are heavily worn, some dangerous to use!!!! e.g. legpress.3. Weights does not show size/weight. No marks at all! All kind of variety of them are all over the place along with medicine balls, dumbells, never in pairs, etc.4. Floor in the gym all over has holes and uneven surfaces, you got to watch your steps carefully while trying to focus on training. Very unsafe!5. Floor in class room is wooden, and there are lots of gaps between timbers! Unsafe!6. Expensive!7. I regret I did not take photos to put up here.8. Changing room: originally we were planning to shower there but we skipped it. Toilet in ladies: was not enough space to pee with closed door. Ridiculous. Toilet in gents: pisoire was broke, and the toilet did not flush someone else's ..... Obviously toilets are not checked and cleaned regurally.9. Photos on the web does not show reality.10. WILL NOT return! DO NOT recommend.

Jon Z: I trained several months there while I lived in Cartagena. The only bad thing is that at peak hours it gets very crowded and the space they have adapted for the dumbbells is very small.

Ale Goss: El día de hoy fuimos a Bodytech en Bocagrande. Estamos de visita desde Miami por el fin de semana y quisimos comprar un pasa día en el gimnasio. La recepcionista nos atendió muy mal, fue súper grosera. Dijo que no venden pasadia. Pedia hablar con un gerente y explicó que ella no iba a llamar a un gerente innecesariamente. La verdad que es el único gimnasio en Bocagrande con muy mal servicio al cliente y sin flexibilidad para los turistas.

Lukas Niemeier: Great school. Perfectly organized with very skilled teachers, good equipment and a lot of fun during classes. I went for 30h/week for two weeks. One in Medellin and one in Cartagena. The Different knowledge levels of the students were taken into account and the groups built fit well together. Thanks again for a great time!

Tom Lovett: I cannot recommend this school enough. I am absolutely amazed that. I'm able to have spontaneous conversations with locals about a host of topics, considering I only did four weeks of classes, starting from zero. I was worried that doing well in classes wouldn't carry over to the real world, but that has not been the case at all.The classes themselves were really enjoyable. My teachers were great, the other students were great. We cracked plenty of jokes while still learning new grammar and vocabulary.The school was very helpful when it came to logistics as well. I literally enrolled on a Friday afternoon for Monday morning classes. Also, the school allowed me to print documents and received a package for me.Cannot recommend this school highly enough.
Laura Shadley: Had a wonderful experience at Centro Catalina - Cartagena. The instructors and staff were outgoing and helpful. School always flew by because it was so much fun. I was nervous to speak with people in Spanish, but I gained a lot of confidence while I was there! The school organized a lot of fun activities that allowed you to experience more of the city. They also organized a trip to Isla Grande on the weekend, which was incredible! I stayed with an awesome host family very close to the school. I can't say enough good things!

The school is located in the historic center of Cartagena, with lots of restaurants, shops and sights in a short walking distance.Teachers and staff are just awesome and made my stay a unique and special experience. Everybody is super friendly and helpful.All in all a great experience, defenitely a school that I can recommend.

The teachers, facilities, customer service, extra activities and anybody who works in there with great passion: everything was excellent! I attended both schools in Medellin and Cartagena,and I strongly recommend them.

The facilities, the staff, the teachers and the way they teach are top notch! Every day they have an activity for the afternoon and also for the weekends, like salsa class, movies, city- or graffiti-tours, etc. Also the school is in the middle of centeo historico and so you can find many restaurants, bars and shops just next to it! Stephane Mongrain: Face à la mer, seulement la rue à traverser. Les chambres sont très bien et assez grandes et bien insonorisée. La piscine est belle et assez grande. Plusiwurs chaises au bord pour prendre un bain de soleil. Le buffet déjeuner est sensiblement le même chaque matin. Offre un bon choix variés de pâtisserie, fruit et autres.

Kimberly Guerin: We stayed at the Hyatt Cartagena for a family vacation. Isabel checked us in and was super accommodating. Her customer experience skills are superb.We arrived a couple of hours before checking, she graciously provided a hospitality room for us to change our clothes. While we were out exploring the city, she had our luggage conveniently transported to our room and emailed me. I appreciate the level of service she provided!Rooms: We booked a suite and it was just what we needed; 2 rooms 1 master and 2nd room with 2 twin size beds. Balcony overlooking the water. The pullout couch was super convenient for our family of 5 and the room was spacious.Safety: One of the reasons we decided to stay at the Hyatt was for safety purposes. We have stayed at the Hyatt in other countries and felt extremely safe.I like the idea of having to take 2 sets of hotels to get tothe room. This provides a layer of security bc you gave to go to the main lobby to access the room elevator.Walkability: The hotel is conveniently located in Boca Grande, next to a mall with many shops and in front of a grocery store. It's a couple of mins away via Uber to the Walled City.Food & drinks: We had room service, the food was good and priced reasonably. The drinks by the pool were amazing. We ordered mojitos and they were great!

Spectacular pool environment with dj that enlivens everything. The hotel is very large, very safe, the attention of all the staff is first class, luxury at all costs. Jay Peralta: I had such an amazing stay at this Hyatt for a 6 day trip to Cartagena. The views are gorgeous, though it is such a shame the beach is being completely rebuilt so during our stay we just saw construction every day by the water. The service was exceptional and the restaurants were all great. All of the pools have a great view and are never too busy.

Alexander Pinzon: DANGEROUS... UNRESPONSIBLE... I stayed in this hotel in May, my mother suffered an accident around the pool and this hotel does not have trained personnel, nor do they have any protocol for these cases. My mom fell silent and lost consciousness for a few minutes and the lifeguard who was nearby brought me a cream to spread. The lack of knowledge in an accident like this is noticeable, an ambulance was never called to immobilize her, I had to pick her up after she fell and take her to the hospital in a taxi. The result of the fall was 3 fractured ribs and a vertebra. So far I have not heard anything from the hotel or from the hotel insurance company. If you are looking for a safe site with a greater sense of responsibility. do not stay at the hilton in cartagena.

Liegen waren immer vorhanden.Upgrade auf Meerblick als Statusmitglied habe ich bekommem.Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern eingerichtet, auch gut zum Arbeiten ausgestattet.Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, gerade bei den lokalen Gerichten kann man fast jeden Tag was neues ausprobieren. Station für Omelett und frische Säfte.Executive Lounge von 12-20 Uhr geöffnet mit kleinen Snacks, Obst, Limonaden und Kaffeemaschine und durchgehend mit 2 freundlichen Mitarbeitern besetzt. 18-20 Uhr gibt es kleine warme Gerichte, Vorspeisen, Nachspeisen, Bier,Rotwein und Weisswein. Es war bis auf das Wochende nicht überlaufen und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht.Zu Fuss kann man mehrere Restaurants und Bars erreichen und durch Bocagrande bummeln, Ich habe mich auch abends sicher gefühlt.

Ale Goss: Today we went to Bodytech in Bocagrande. We are visiting from Miami for the weekend and wanted to buy a gym day pass. The receptionist treated us very badly, she was super rude. He said they don't sell pasadia. She asked to speak to a manager and explained that she was not going to call a manager unnecessarily. The truth is that it is the only gym in Bocagrande with very bad customer service and no flexibility for tourists.

Flor Bonilla: My husband and I did the Day Spa Pass, and it was an amazing experience. Our spa day began with a refreshing cold tea, we then changed into robes in their locker rooms. We had a body scrub followed by a one hour long massage. It was so relaxing! Our scrub left our skin so smooth! We then got to enjoy the pool and spa which were absolutely beautiful! The staff helped us get lounge chairs under the shade. The drinks and food at the pool bar were great and the attention they provide to clients is superb. Thank you to everyone for an amazing experience!

She was patient, kind and knowledgeable to my 101 questions. Carina helped me pick the correct treatments that would suit me and schedule something unique to Colombia. I went on 2 separate days and both women who worked on me did fantastic. I think I had technicians Sonja and Sidya. I could not be happier with their services and would recommend this spa while visiting Cartagena.

Sally Choi: i wish i could give them more stars! they were absolutely amazing - their facilities and services are the best we’ve seen of Cartagena. more importantly, the massage was the best i’ve ever received. they were happy to accommodate the pressure based on my requests. their spa services were so amazing that it made us want to stay at the hotel (unfortunately the hotel was fully booked for the remaining days of our trip). i hope to visit again when i’m back in Cartagena!

Fernando Silveira de Andrade: Very disappointing. The concierge ignored our presence for the first minutes and didn’t make any movement on explaining us the service. We stood there for 10 minutes with no other clients in line and we had to ask for their attention a couple times. At the end they had no availability for the date we wanted the DAY SPA, but they put absolutely no effort on having us for another day or offering us another service. We are very disappointed since Sofitel is a very well known brand and we are an Accor premium client for a long time now.
Jayne Bustamante Aguirre: It is a majestic place from the moment you arrive, the attention of the different employees is excellent, at the moment of starting the massage section the people who perform them have very skilled hands for that job. Afterwards, the massages are in the different wet areas such as the sauna. and the Turk when leaving the place feels the change, an excellent plan if you need to get out of the work routine, it is a more than recommended place.
