The guy in the shop looked at me and the records and asked for a Gringo Price of about 100€. I mean the records were all second hand but in ok quality. Yet none of them was special or rare. He was just trying to rip off.I ended up buying nothing.

Roeland van der Hulst: Disappointing to say the least. I was planning to buy a guitar while staying in Cartagena. Only a couple of music stores in town and this one was closest to the hotel.When I finally found it inside the ‘Centro Commercial’ I was shocked. You can’t even call it a store! One of the two spaces was completely empty and closed. The other space was almost empty except for one guitar case, some guitar accessories and a lady attending the so-called store.If you’re looking for a guitar or whatever instrument you can skip this store.

Matt Carlin: One of the few options in the old city to buy a guitar or replace some strings. Located in a large, unassuming shopping complex close to the Pegasus statue. Not much in stock, but a savior to the musician in need of some strings ranging from electric and acoustic guitar to ukulele.
