Emily Howard: I went in to purchase an emerald piece. I had a price range in mind, and the staff was so kind and patient as I tried to decide between earrings, a necklace, and a ring. They let me try each piece on and shared prices clearly as I walked around. They were not pushy at all, and I had a very positive experience. If you’re going to purchase here, know that silver pieces will be less expensive (a necklace with 0.3 karat emerald around 175 USD). Yellow gold is more, around 400 for similar necklace, or earrings, or rings a little more.

Hardly anyone was in the store and they staff seemed preoccupied. I bought two small items and they were overpriced for what they were. Suggest other spots in Cartagena.

Chaz Dee: A very spectacular museum to see. I have never seen such beautiful emeralds in such exquisite shapes and settings. In addition, I did not know the jewel of such abundance in Colombia. This is inside the walled city so make sure you have good walking shoes and a few pesos as I didn't notice many ATMs at night. Plenty of food and drink in all directions. The museum is not expensive and is very informative. I highly recommend it.

Monica Andrade: I was trying on a garment and I had another one already selected at the checkout to buy, when the saleswoman took me out of the store because it was closing time, without even giving a payment option for what had already been selected. Unheard of and impolite; the vendors absolutely detract from the place, where you expect equally premium attention to the designs they have.

Paulina Nehring: Bad customer service. We made a purchase on the day of our departure from Columbia. All 3 shop assistants confirmed that we will receive the invoice (required for 20% tax return at the airport) via email within 1 hour. Unfortunatelly we didn't received it as promissed. We called the shop from the tax return office and they said it takes normally 48hrs to issue the invoice and for sure not 1hr - so they obviously lied to us. I would expect a bit more from a shop positioning itself as premium (selling dresses priced at 600$ and more)...
P Huhn: Long story short: spent over 1 thousand dollars at this store and was never told of the tax exemption (19%). Come to find out we returned to the store to get the proper documentation to present at the airport to get our 200 dollars back. All is fine until we arrive to the airport and the documentation the store gave us was no longer valid as the laws had changed. We had arrived with plenty of time so we decided to contact the store to have the proper documentation sent. We spoke with a sales associates that referred us to a WhatsApp number. Almost missed our flight waiting for a response that never came. I’ve emailed them multiple times and have yet to hear back from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNETHICAL is all I have to say. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.
Raymond Kanevsky: Though a limited men's selection, this is one of the the best boutique stores in Cartagena. They have high end and high quality products from beach wrar to formal dresses for women and beaxh wear and every day cool for men.
RONALD GOMEZ: It is a beautiful store, spacious, comfortable and they are very friendly.
Guy Drake: My wife loved this shop! She and her sister found beautiful clothes, handbags, shoes at amazing prices. She purchased a one of a kind handbag that would have costs thousands of dollars at home. There were clothes of all sizes equally beautiful and as she noted “full enough for her to fill beautiful“. They enjoyed exceptional service and ongoing attention from the staff. In fact, she said they were super patient and quickly figured out their differing styles. She loved it so much, she has been trying to shop at the store online. If anything, that has been the only disappointment that she isn’t able to do so! A must go if beautiful clothes and home products is your goal!
JG79: Yeah, agree with most of the comments. Good stuff, it's a nice boutique in a good space and has a fair amount of nice clothes. Staff are ok and helpful and attentive. Not so good, they seem to have almost 0 sizes of anything, both my wife and I struggled to get mediums of most, and we are both normal sizes. 2nd, definitely a bit of snooty vibe in here ....It's pricey but they also often have decent stuff on sale. Mainly womens clothes, accessories and mens summer gear.

They don't smile, don't say hello and if you need a size or something you have to ask because they will never come to you to assist or almost to propose help.

Cara Cameron: Gorgeous boutique, wonderful atmosphere. It is pricey, they don't accept RETURNS. If you want exchange you have 30 days. Just no refunds.
Monica Moncayo: It is a store of Colombian designers, where in addition to finding the talent of indigenous cultures mixed with current trends, you can see the latest collections of accessories, clothing, footwear, etc., while enjoying a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, accompanied by the kindness of advisers. A mandatory place to visit.

Marc Van Baar: Sebastian was our master chef and guided us through 2 hours of making chocolates. At the end you make 16 to take home. Sebastian was great. Great way to escape throngs of cruise ship passengers if a cruise ship enters Cartagena: They will not do a 2 hour class
Natalie Mills: Loved it. Kids loved the chocolate workshop class making chocolates treats. Very educational and the staf(especially) Charlie, were patient and interested in sharing the chocolate process. Definitely worth the stop.

Na loja também vende sorvetes esmeraldas.
Patrick Lawless: Great excursion from cruise ship. Learned about cocao peocess, tree to chocolate candy, plus uses of shells. Hands on making of our own candies and 3 different drinks. Guides were extremely informative and helpful and made the experience fun.
