We ordered a chefs menu and the courses were delivered in a poor sequence and they had to be reminded to keep the pace up. That being said, they were busy and everything else was superb.

Sandra: This place was quite a surprise. Firstly, my family and I walked into Carmen hoping to snatch a table for an early dinner. Well, with no reservation that plan backfired.Thankfully, the staff suggested Moshi. Moshi serves Japanese cuisine, and is nestled inside Carmen. I ordered the tasting menu w/cocktails and it was an amazing meal. This review was long over due, one year to be exact, and I can’t recall all of the dishes. However, if you’re a foodie and appreciate small surprises in every dish, then I recommend the tasting menu.

You can choose to be outside where they have tables and chairs on the street or inside if you want to enjoy the live band. The taste of most of the dishes did not impress us, neither did the quality of the wines. This is is must for anyone who truly appreciates everything I love, taste, texture, service, pairing of wine and food. Miguel was our “steward” through our experience. Jennys is the hostess, she is warm and wonderful. Chef Julianne Bernard is incredible. Dalexandro and Jorge are the best waiters you will find. God bless them. You must experience what we did.

Beautiful courtyard, lovely presentation of food and very attentive waiters. They even pulled out a whole vegetarian menu although it wasnt on the menu. Will be back!
