Laurent Cosson: Simply the best food experience in Cartagena. Original, generous, delicious. Wonderful mix of flavours, great and knowledgeable service, friendly team in the kitchen and behind the counter. My « go to » each time we are in town.

We ordered a chefs menu and the courses were delivered in a poor sequence and they had to be reminded to keep the pace up. That being said, they were busy and everything else was superb.

Sandra: This place was quite a surprise. Firstly, my family and I walked into Carmen hoping to snatch a table for an early dinner. Well, with no reservation that plan backfired.Thankfully, the staff suggested Moshi. Moshi serves Japanese cuisine, and is nestled inside Carmen. I ordered the tasting menu w/cocktails and it was an amazing meal. This review was long over due, one year to be exact, and I can’t recall all of the dishes. However, if you’re a foodie and appreciate small surprises in every dish, then I recommend the tasting menu.

You can choose to be outside where they have tables and chairs on the street or inside if you want to enjoy the live band. Lourdes Celestrin: I would have liked to write a good rating, but the reality is that we had higher expectations considering the place and the cost. The taste of most of the dishes did not impress us, neither did the quality of the wines. In addition, some of what I ate did not taste good, I was vomiting throughout the early morning and part of the next morning. The service was excellent and the place is very nice.

Desh R. Urs: I travel for food and wine and of course the Chef and the experience. This is is must for anyone who truly appreciates everything I love, taste, texture, service, pairing of wine and food. Miguel was our “steward” through our experience. Jennys is the hostess, she is warm and wonderful. Chef Julianne Bernard is incredible. Dalexandro and Jorge are the best waiters you will find. God bless them. You must experience what we did.

Beautiful courtyard, lovely presentation of food and very attentive waiters. They even pulled out a whole vegetarian menu although it wasnt on the menu. Will be back!

Carolina Diaz Correa: Voy a resumir mi reseña con que si hubiera guía Michelin en Colombia este restaurante segurísimo tendría una.Chef , subchef y director son franceses pero el menú usan absolutamente todo local , una delicia !!!!Yo probé 6 tiempos pero para la próxima quisiera el de 10.Que tal las mariposas amarillas de macondo ? Brutal,todo tiene un porqué que te lo va explicando el mesero. ,la experiencia sencillamente espectacular!!!!
