Tanaka Mawindi: I was a US citizen living in Cartagena and came to the office for a checkup - the experience was incredible from the front office to the doctor herself. I don't speak Spanish but can communicate in Portuguese/English and we was able to use translate to speak to the front office. The doctor is an English speaker so i was able to be consulted in English, which was wonderful. Fast, empathetic, and above and beyond service - I got more than I was expecting and that was a pleasant surprise. I was also able to chat with the office via Whatsapp for follow ups when I was traveling, which was a huge value add and they responded quickly to all my questions. The office environment is calming, beautiful, and has educational videos that cultivate a welcoming and feminine environment. 5 stars!

Cuando llega el momento de la siguiente...oh sorpresa sigue rápidamente la persona que acaba de llegar... Me levanté y le dije q la secretaria que cuando era mi turno??? Ella me responde que el doctor se retrasó etc... Etc ... Que tristeza este sistema de favoritismo burócrata, el irrespeto al otro por mi beneficio, el mal trato al paciente. No dudo del profesionalismo del Dr y de sus conocimientos en su área, pero sin duda el servicio con el paciente y/o Cliente no es el mejor, sería mi primera consulta...
