Er hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, uns sehr gut aufgeklärt und konnte uns schnell und effizient helfen. Auch danach konnten wir uns während unseres fünfmonatigen Aufenthaltes in Kolumbien bei gesundheitlichen Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit per Whatsapp an ihn wenden und haben durchgehend prompte und kompetente Hilfe bekommen.Wir wünschten, wir könnten Dr Strusberg auch nach unserem Aufenthalt weiterhin als Arzt konsultieren, da er sich um einiges mehr Zeit für seine Patienten nimmt, diese Ernst nimmt und viel gründlicher auf deren Probleme eingeht, als wir das vom Schweizer Gesundheitssystem gewohnt sind.Tausend Dank für die kompetente Betreuung!

Ich besuchte Mr Strusberg in seiner Praxis, um herauszufinden, on es sich um Dengue oder Malaria handeln könnte. Wenige Stunden nachdem ich angerufen hatte, war auch schon mein Termin. Mr Strusberg ist ein sehr freundlicher, professioneller Arzt. Er spricht perfekt Englisch worüber ich sehr froh war, da mein Spanisch wohl nicht gereicht hätte für eine genaue und detaillierte Sprechstunde.Auch nach diesem Vorfall in Cartagena, konnten ich und meine Partnerin Mr Strusberg während unserer halbjährigen Kolumbienreise zwei weitere Male unkompliziert per WhatsApp kontaktieren und um medizinischen Rat fragen.Ich kann Dr Strusberg und sein Team wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Mariquisha Matthews: If you’re feeling sick and you’re unsure, just give them a call. I was super sick from food poisoning (it wasn’t pretty lol) and didn’t know who to contact. I’m so glad I called. They answered the phone right away and answered all of my questions. They even fit me in the same day. The doctor and nurse came to my Airbnb. I was given an IV to help with nausea, dehydration, and the bacterial infection. I was also prescribed antibiotics and the doctor had them delivered to my door! I felt much better the following day. The doc called and texted me over the next few days to see how I was doing. Definitely the best care I’ve ever received. 15/10, def recommend!
