Juan David Hand: It's very easy to make appointments online, I don't understand why they find it difficult. It is obvious that no one uses the telephone anymore to make an appointment, the most ideal thing is to use the EPS website and I can think that it is difficult for adults if there is no young person or child to help them.

Javier Campillo: I have been with Colsanitas for 6 years and fortunately I have not had to use the service, however, to my surprise, when I did have to use it, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I have had as a user.1. The service channels are incredibly slow and even its WhatsApp platform is a bot that replaces the App menus, without providing any additional help.2. The App is a compact version of the page, which does not allow you to buy vouchers, constantly fails and is not very friendly. Their technology platform is quite outdated and slow, the last thing you want in a time of emergency.3. Most importantly, coverage and support is minimal. Not only are they experts in denying procedures, but by policy, they take 24 hours to respond, even when one is in a condition that requires immediate hospitalization. If one could wait 24 hours for an answer, they would not need hospitalization.In summary, I regret having chosen this company and recommend to potential clients to consider other options. As a user of Colsanitas for 6 years, I can affirm that it offers a lousy service.I am already looking for a replacement for Prepaid medicine and EPS.PS: I would put 1 star, but I know the evaluation systems and it would possibly be filtered and removed.

Fanny Matiz: I cannot speak about my experience in this place because if they never answer the phone that the EPS gives us to call to schedule a specialist appointment there, and in this time of Pandemic where we should not walk on the street UNNECESSARILY, AND THAT WE ARE EMPHASIZED ALL HEALTH SERVICES every day by how much they can, should be coherent and answer these service telephones, LET IT NOT BE EVERYTHING ONLY FORMAL AND WORD, THAT WHAT THEY PREACH SO MUCH SHOULD BE SEEN IN THE FACTS, PLEASE. If not, then publish on this page of the site and to those who refer us there, that we must go to make appointments because they do not have telephone service, that at least there is a little respect for the user and that they do not waste so much time, that at least we are clear what to expect from the beginning. I do not doubt that the attention is good, but if it costs so much to get an appointment, it is not an optimal service, answering a phone is easy and if they can't, say so and that's it. I've been dialing for 2 half days with intervals of 3 to 5 minutes and the recording always comes out the phone is busy try again later and that's how noon goes and more. It's off the hook and the recording is scheduled
