BUZOS DE BARU PADI 5 STAR DIVE RESORT: what do users think?
Nicole Burson: This was our first time ever scuba diving and we had an incredible experience. Santiago spoke English to us and made us feel very comfortable and safe the whole time. The company really looks out for the environment! They gave us fruit and water and snacks in between dives. We saw squid, puffer fish, and many more kinda of fish next to corals and shipwrecks. Thank you, Santiago and crew!
Magdalena Quirno Lavalle: Excellent diving experience! Álvaro accompanied us with great kindness and his great experience as a PADI diver. Highly recommended, hopefully we can return soon!
John Edison Muñoz Cardona: Great place to get your PADI certificates. The location is very convenient, I did my training with Alvaro, a very patient and friendly guy that helped us through the diving process. They were very attentive at the beginning with the theoretical lessons, always making sure you completed all the requirements. The only aspect for improving is the social media since the communication was a bit rude at the beginning, probably without intention, but could be missinterpreted.
Nuria Arnaiz: Punctual when picking me up at the port of my hotel, the rented equipment in very good condition and the DM with good group management.Juan, who coordinates reservations, very attentive.
Cat: First scuba diving experience and couldn’t have asked more a more professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was able to practice in the pool a day before with our Scuba Instructor Alvaro which made me feel more comfortable. Highly recommend this team. Easy payment, prompt communication, Spanish and English speaking. And the pictures/short video clips of us diving came out wonderful. Truly a great experience!
Joe Giacomet: Had a great dive with them, Albert was our dive master. Would recommend.
Felix Enescu: Did a two dive trip in January and all was ok.Equipment was in good condition and worked perfectly, dive master was professional and handled everything very well.Boat was ok, water and fruit were served between dives.I was in a group with only one another certified diver and dive master. All the groups on the boat were small and set according to experience.Special thanks to my dive master, when we finished my first dive, I still had a lot of air (other diver was a big air consumer) so the dive master went only with me for another shorter dive ( about 20 minutes). Of course we end the dive above safety level at 600 psi.
Juan Felipe Lopez Sierra: Very professional, diving with small children and they are very accompanied
Victoria Var-Heibak: Had a great time! I hadn’t been in a year so I was a little nervous and rusty but they made me feel super comfortable and the dive experience itself was gorgeous.
Sergio Alejandro Mejía Orrego: Very good experience, I got certified a few months ago, I went back to diving with Divers de Barú, I hope to continue doing it and go for the next levels of certification. Very good instructors and diving places.THANK YOU
Jason Herzfeld: Buzos de Barú was very helpful in organizing our group and making sure we all had a safe and fun time! Very easygoing bunch with good fresh fruit on board, as well as great pictures!
Gabriel Matei: Great experience, 2 dives with pictures and videos included for a really good price and the areas are full with fishes, corals, even a boat! I definitely recommend them for someone who's not certified because they are taking care of you✌️✌️✌️
Camila Sirolli: An unforgettable experience! Very good professionals, thank you very much for the accompaniment on my first dive! Hopefully I can come back! The best of Cartagena, hold on Baru Divers! Super equipped everything. Thanks for the good vibes, greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷🇦🇷Oh and the crazy photos! Thanks to my instructor Eduardo for capturing beautiful moments 📸📽️🌊
Nigel Bouckley: This is a five star resort for a reason. All the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and profesional in their conduct of training. Safety is important to them and during my last two courses with them I felt safe and assured that they were looking after my welfare. The dive sights were interesting and varied and they catered for the abilities of those on the boat, often having several instructors / guides leading the various groups. My instructor for the week was Santiago, who spoke very good English as well as being a good communicator under water.I will definitely be back this year for more dives and learning - thank you all.
Alexandra M Solano Reyes: I would dare to say that Buzos de Barú is the most complete diving center in Cartagena. The attention before, during and after the experience is excellent. They are my trusted dive center in Cartagena. Thanks for everything! 💙🧜‍♀️
M Masry: Some of the best diving I had in years.Staff is great, boat is clean, and a sublime operation. I have been diving for 35 years and teaching for 25, I would not do it any better. Thank you very much.
Danielle Osfalg: I really enjoyed and had a great time with this company. First of all, the owner Juan made it so easy to sign up and all the paper work etc was easily accessible via internet. He and staff was also kind enough to pick me up from a boat I was on and bring me back because we had a dinghy problem. The dive masters were extremely helpful and friendly and spoke English and took very good care of us before, during and after our diving experience. The most important was the safety of each person and and they observed and paid good attention to everyone s needs. We did 2 dives at the island of Baru (which was a short distance from Cartagena from Nautica Marina ) and both were very different and interesting. First one was a lot of marine life, fish , corals etc but the second one was even more interesting with the addition of a sunken shipwreck and some cool objects covered in barnacles ( which i don’t want to give details so not to spoil the surprise) . On top of that i did not have a camera and my divemaster not only guiding us thru and paying attention to safety but also made the day unforgettable with the beautiful pictures he took of us during our dive session ( which i will share some here and THANKYOU again! You rock! 🤘🐬😘).So from my point of view I highly recommend Juan and the scuba team . Thank you guys!! I hope to visit Cartagena and find you again for some more fun diving adventures! Till then..
Franco Chirizzi: Excellent place for diving. The previous training and accompaniment are 10
Daniel Soba: The attention of the entire team was impeccable.I did a Refresh because it had been 2 years since I had dived. From Juan who immediately solved a problem I had with my credit card to Santiago the Instructor who was excellent, always attentive to everything.highly recommended
Ronald Pichler: Very profesional crew and divemaster. Good english. Well run organization
Ronald Ortega: The experience was absolutely amazing, the team is knowledgeable, they have great patience and safety first attitude. I love it, next time in town, I will make the time for certification. Thanks a lot guys, sincerely Ronald O.

Diving & Adventure Cartagena: what do users think?
caio caixe: Fiz dois mergulhos com Alberto, muito bom!! Saímos no horário combinado, o master Diver Diego, muito atencioso!! Fizemos excelentes mergulhos!! Recomendo!!!
Ronald Ivan Munoz Gonzalez: Excellent service, they know very well the best places to dive according to your expertise, you have everything you need in a timely manner and with the best service. Recommended.
Dylan Sirgiovanni: I had an awesome time getting my Advanced Certification here. It was a while since I did my Open Water, but my instructors were very professional and got me back up to speed very quickly. I highly recommend if you want to scuba while you are in Cartagena!
johzuca Sun: It was perhaps one of my best experiences, excellent attention from Alberto, and our diver Santiago was always with the greatest disposition, in terms of prices, of all the diving companies it was the most accessible, we were fascinated, I really recommend it, my rating is 10/10, we carried out the activity in October 2021.
Darren Dixson: Alberto was an amazing instructor! I did my Rescue Diver course with him. He was patient, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me so it was very clear. I’ve been diving with a lot of dive companies and this one is definitely on the top of my list. The shop was a little hard to find, but a message on whatsapp got a very quick response. I had went and met with 2 other dive shops in Cartagena prior to visiting this one. Alberto was the one that personally met me and explained the course I was about to take. When looking for a dive shop I always ensure that the company is professional and that safety is a top priority. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody, whether it’s a new diver looking to get certified or an experienced diver looking for a great shop. Thank you Alberto!!
Katarzyna Dolewska: Super centre de plongée à Carthagene ! Equipe et matériel au top ! Premiere plongée dans une épave et deuxième le long des coraux.Merci pour l'accueil c'était génial !!!
Ricardo Fajardo Martínez: Excellent instructor and course training
Carolina Judkowicz: Communication with the company was sub-par throughout the entire process. When booking my dive, they forgot to send me a confirmation email. I waited 3 days and had to send them an email to ask if I was still going dive with them. After my message, I finally received confirmation of my dive.At the marina, I waited until 10 minutes after my dive was meant to start but no one from the company was there. I called them and turns out that Diving & Adventure Cartagena had lost my reservation. The man on the other end was apologetic but firm that I would not be able to dive with them that day. At that point, there were no other dives starting that late in the morning (8:30ish am) so I could not dive that day. I was offered a small discount for a future dive, but chose not to engage with the company any further. I am extremely disappointed with Diving & Adventure Cartagena
Simon Schacht: Very nice diving trip to the island of Baru (30 minutes by boat away). Meeting with Alberto (PADI Certified instructor) took place at the harbor and we went directly to the boat. Alberto and his captain are well organized, friendly and have made us feel good. After each dive there were fruits and / or snacks with drinks provided. I highly recommend this diving place - great equipment with an excellent instructor.
luisa suren: Just returned from two dives with Alberto - I can only recommend to go dive with him! Super organized, responsive, relaxed and friendly! We enjoyed diving with him a lot and I can only recommend to go dive with him! Thank you for the great trip!!
Merci 😍
Lorenz Haubner: Small school with small groups and very good equipment! Unlike other providers in Cartagena they are very responsive and welcoming. They did not insist an advance payment which is not typical for Colombia and speaks for them being confident in their quality. The dive sites are in Baru and had really nice wrecks (!) and beautiful corrals. If you plan on diving in Cartagena do it with them!
Camila Sierra: super experience it is worth going diving with them, the chosen sites are very beautiful and the instructor is very good
Briston Trapp: I had two great dives out of Cartagena. One dive was a wreck dive and the other was a corral slope. The commication with the booking and info leading up to the dive was great. He was very knowledgeable and safe. The gear was very nice. I choose this dive shop because they had a smaller boat (which was very nice and had plenty of room) that only carries a small group of divers. I don't like diving with large groups that. Based off my experience I bet their classes are great.
maria sierra: Excellent service, Alberto is a very good instructor, very patient, diving with diving and adventure has been one of my best diving experiences in Colombia.
Eric Gence: Excellent moment with alberto (he's very Nice and patient) for 2 dives in isla baru.We were just my girlfriend who had already done different initiations before but is not certified, me( certified) and alberto! So Lucky !!!1st one with corals 2nd with 3 wreckships and the subaquatico museo!Excellent équipement! Not so expensive (280k non certified, 250k certified)Departure 8 am from the marina.30 minutes boat To baru.1st dive on corals.pause snack juice etc2nd dive on shipwreck and close to the subacatic muséum.Then snack again and back to marina at 12.30!Everything was perfect (even if i ate an apple from france instead of "colombian piňa" for example😂)Thanks alberto!Maybe some photos or videos of the dives could be nice😎)
Alberto Sierra: excelent service and profesional atention!

Mokana: what do users think?
Jean Paul Mendez Kerguelen: Mokana does not exist anymore, now the new place is windspot, and as windspot you can find mainly a good service, classes, good people, friendship, kites, paddle, surf, catamaran, and many more.
Beatriz Gomez: Two years ago I paid for a class and they gave me a very good discount when I complained because on the page it said one thing and in person another, I was convinced that it was an outdated page, we settled on 200 thousand for several hours of class separated by several days. It seemed very informal but well I accepted it because it suited me, but when I left the first day I could not return because my instructor could never book me an appointment, or I was sick or out of town or on a day off. I don't even remember his name anymore. A total fiasco, I want to learn and I'm going to try someone else hoping the same thing doesn't happen to me again. I did not complain at the point for not fighting, but now that I look for the info again, what a good opportunity to leave the comment.
Andy May: Great equipment, nice folk on the bar and had fun but instructor was lacking in attention or effort.- booked two hours and got an instructor for maybe 30 minutes after which he disappeared and appeared to be instructing someone else. Made it clear I wasn't sure where my instructor was and one of the other staff stepped in for a bit, but generally I wasn't impressed with the effort put in instruction, if you do go I'd insist on agreeing what you will learn and whether an instructor will give you full attention for time paid.Kit though was of a very good quality.
Eduardo Torres: I would like to know where there are waves to surf in Cartagena.

Soma Yoga Cartagena: what do users think?
Shea Frederick: I contacted Sol to host a private class for my birthday. Her class was the perfect way to start my day. Super kind and a great teacher! I highly recommend her if you’re in Cartagena! Thank you, Sol! 💜
Jeff Parsons: Sol is well-named! She brightened up my yoga soul!I wish she was teaching more classes each day; I would take them all!Thank you, Sol! I hope you get to walk the Camino and climb Angel's landing in Zion NP.Sun is aptly named! She brightened my yoga soul!I wish she was teaching more classes every day; I would take them all!Thank you Sun! I hope you can hike the Camino and climb Angel's Landing at Zion NP.
Jennifer Cruz: I had the opportunity to have one yoga session with Sol and the only thing I regret is that I could not stay longer in the city to have some extra sessions with her. One of the best instructors I've ever had!
Joshua Stega: Studio was a little hard to find as it is located in the courtyard behind Juan Valdez coffee shop. The vinyasa class was great, well instructed in both english and espanol. The studio is small but well setup (pretty full with 6 people). Enjoyable class, I will be back.
Corynne Lurie: I did the 3 day retreat with my Mom. I cannot say enough positive things about this experience! The island was beautiful, communication was amazing beforehand and we had the most relaxing time. Our instructor, Sol, was a fabulous teacher. The meals provided by Ligia were fabulous. The house and bedroom view was amazing, as was seeing all the animals in the Oceanario!! If you are looking to rejuvenate and feel refreshed, I highly recommend this retreat!
Alan Kollins: Nice intimate studio, easily accessible by bus. took one vinyasa class while visiting Cartegena. Sol lead a fantastic class, leading through major postures and a few unique variations. She is willing to instruct in english for gringos. Highly recommended!note: there is no street signage. you'll need to head inside via a lobbythat splits two restaurants.
the finder: Just amazing, Sol was a great teacher! Drop in is allowed but drop an email to let her know
martin Masser: An amazing lesson, Sol was such a great teacher, one of the best I've had. Really knowledgeable and very clear (both Spanish and English) If you are getting a taxi from the old town best to tell them to head for the KFC, it's 7k cop.I highly recommend it, if you are into your yogaSol even waited with me until my taxi came - couldn't ask for a better teacher! Just wish I was having more lessons
Tess Oriol: Fabiana and Sol are fantastic. I came to Cartagena as an expat looking for yoga classes and I couldn't have been more lucky. I have been receiving classes from Fabiana for more than a year and I feel that I have learned so much... Her classes are always different, special, and she knows how to take care of each one of us. He knows us and helps us. Sol has taught my daughter classes and has taught her to love yoga since she was a child. Always grateful. Happy to have found them. Namaste 🙏🏻
Marianella Manzur: Soma Yoga Cartagena has been a life changing experience. Sol and Fabiana were not only incredible hosts, but also great professional yoga teachers. The opportunity of being on an island in the caribbean plus the mindful experience of yoga exceeded all my expectations. I would go once a year if I could and I would highly recommend this retreat to everyone! Visit them and see for yourself. ;)
BMCinCTG: Fabiana & Sol are the dream team! Their different backgrounds and teaching methods compliment each other 100% and let you experience a yoga journey unlike any other! Both of them guide you through the class(es) and you’ll find yourself spiritually, physically and emotionally inspired, challenged and in places you didn’t know your mind, body and soul could reach.💛

Karib kayak & Paddle Center.: what do users think?
José Sieber: Expert support on Stand-up Paddling and Sea Kayaking in and around CTG. Andrés and his team were helpul, offered useful advise. Will be back.
Jonny West: Me and my girlfriend had an incredible time with Andrés (SUP) and Carlos (sunset kayak). Although I don't speak much Spanish, Andrés was very patient and spoke very good english himself, and Carlos was also a great communicator when it came to giving instructions. It was a very good set up in a very nice location and they were both very attentive all 4 times we were with them. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We would 100% go to them again if we were ever back in Cartagena!
Michal Korzen: I recommend this Kayak rental agency. I was surprised by quality of the equipment and all additional stuff provided: additional storage bag, emergency oar, rudder, ..... Everything good quality. Plus the owner was willing to give be necessary tips on my trip. 🤗
HISTORY TRAVELERS: Excellent service and accompaniment on the sunset kayak tour. Congratulations to Andrés and the team 👏
Diana Misita: My family and I enjoyed a beautiful sunset paddle board experience. Andres was great. I would use him again if we go back.
Haihua Zhao: Really good experience! I did the sun set paddle boarding and I loved it. Highly recommended!
J. A. Abad: A great experience. Andrés and Einer were very kind and patient. I recommend it without a doubt. One is left wanting to return.
Andrew Kalter: Great experience renting two kayaks on March 28, 2022. Andres was very knowledgeable and helpful to get us going. He had all the proper gear for true ocean kayaking including an extra paddle, tow rope, pump, etc. Very nice boats with rudders that moved pretty fast. Just a word of caution, if you are not experienced in the ocean and getting through the surf you may want to take a group tour. I think anyone who is a whitewater kayaker should be okay but you need to know the waves and wind if you go many miles from the start.
Juan Sebastián Monroy Ortiz: Excellent, I went as a couple and we loved it, you feel the adventure and you have a different point of view than usual
Ruben Lopez: I did the 360 Tierra Bomba all day tour and it was by far the best thing I did in Cartagena. If you like outdoor activities this is a must do when you visit this beautiful city. Our guide Andres was very nice, made my girlfriend and I feel safe and comfortable at all times. Next time I'm in town for the holidays I will be booking a multi-day trip for sure.
anabel cadario: They are fun and very responsible.
SoyOneDay: Excellent way to discover Cartagena!!
Jessie Durrett: A good and simple experience! I’d recommend! Inexpensive as well.
Abner Alvarez: Excellent experience
Sergio Dalmaus: A beautiful place to get to know Cartagena I recommend it
Juan Enrique Sebá Becerra: German attended us, attentive, safe, reliable. Thank you.
Nicolás Espinosa: Beautiful beach
Juan diego ramos rendon: Excellent service and very good equipment, I congratulate you
Juliana Rios: I love it because the attention is excellent, the excursions are very special and the security is reliable!
Jennifer Paez: Excelente experencia recomendadisimo!!
Carlos Iván Noreña: Excellent service and the plan is super spectacular, if you go to Cartagena do not stop living this wonderful experience.

Cartagena Adventures: what do users think?
Wilson Alvarez: Experiencias diferentes en cartagena con la mejor actitud muchas gracias
Raisa Spector: Money grab! Millions of people -- way too many for the area. Nice crew but snorkeling poorly planned, in high current area, safer to drop off then go down current to pick up. Many people lost their boats, our crew kind to pick up but others would not -- dangerous -- never do this. Unsafe boat loading and unloading -- several injuries occurred. Dead coral that boats anchor in -- where are the Columbian authorities to regulate this activity. Do not do the five island!! Gave stars for our crew, nothing else.
Gabriel Matei: 2 different tours with them, 2 great experiences! Nothing less, nothing more
GABRIELA VICTORIA BARRIOS DIAZ: I liked giving food to the fish excellent experience.I recommend the fried fish lunch, very crunchy and fresh.
Tamara Brank: These guys are scammers. We booked a MTB tour with private guide. The bikes almost fell apart so they could not go true the mud. Our MTB "guide" wore flipflops, did not bring water, helmet, tools or phone. After 20min of walking with our bike true the mud he said we could not continue cause the bikes where not good. We agreed and walked back while carrying our bikes. Coming back after 40min walking our bikes he called the owner. This guy, started to call me names over whatsapp, it was my fault that the bikes don't work and he would not give any kind of refund but blocked me from whatsapp.
Berry Poort: Booked a mountainbike trip to Isla Terra Bomba but it terrible. Bikes were bad, guide did not bring phone, spares, could not ride a bike properly, wore sandals and did not have anything to inform. Als the island was extremely muddy and not possible to ride properly and the company dis not inform us about this. Owner refuses to provide refund and blames us for everything. Highly unprofessional business!!
Alexis Senpai: Un lugar genial para tomar fotos.Hay que hacer la fila pero vale la pena. Llevar bloquear solar o sombrero. Pará no quemarte.
vicky love: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Aura Hormechea: Very professional and attentive. Good recommended tour
Victoria Diaz: Excellent service, the best toyr in town. Very punctual and professional
Alex More: Great snorkeling tour and an excellent guide

Alexander Pinzon: DANGEROUS... UNRESPONSIBLE... I stayed in this hotel in May, my mother suffered an accident around the pool and this hotel does not have trained personnel, nor do they have any protocol for these cases. My mom fell silent and lost consciousness for a few minutes and the lifeguard who was nearby brought me a cream to spread. The lack of knowledge in an accident like this is noticeable, an ambulance was never called to immobilize her, I had to pick her up after she fell and take her to the hospital in a taxi. The result of the fall was 3 fractured ribs and a vertebra. So far I have not heard anything from the hotel or from the hotel insurance company. If you are looking for a safe site with a greater sense of responsibility. do not stay at the hilton in cartagena.
Uwe Tropf: Alles ausgezeichnet. Eines der wenigen Hotels hier mit direktem Strandzugang und grosser Poollandschaft. Windspot: what do users think?
Mark Gooding: My biggest disappointment with Windspot was not finding it earlier in my stay in Cartagena. Unfortunately I only had time for a little paddleboarding, but they seem a really friendly place to do and learn a little watersports.
Jhon Villalobos: Excellent attention ☺️☺️
Taira Pintro: Had an amazing time paddle boarding during the sunset. Andy was an amazing and informative instructor. He was patient and even told us some history about the city in both Spanish and e globs while we paddled. Would definitely recommend to everybody, and will be coming back for the next water adventure
Arturo García: The best, m
Andres Gil: A good place to do activities, the guides are excellent at what they do, they make the activities very enjoyable, 100% recommended
Arsa Longa: I had wonderful experience with windspot, especially with their famous surfing instructor andy! andy is lovely instructor, very patient and considerate. he was teaching my husband and myself few times and it was so much fun. moreover inspired by small successes I also tried out paddling during sunset. it was so incredibly beautiful, definitely one of the highlights of my stay in cartagena ❤️I highly recommend the place if you are searching for water activities and especially strongly suggest to get in touch with andy. he will make your caribbean experience definitely a highlight.he is also very gifted photographer and was also kind enough to click some pics during our lessons. so I have plenty of beautiful captures to share with family and friends. big thanx and will be looking forward to coming back to cartagena for more surfing with you!
Roland Esnis: After discussing with them on the phone, took a cab and went there on purpose on a windy day. A couple of guys there told me it was closed, although it was obviously not (the door was open, status “open” on internet), maybe because they were to lazy to prepare the equipment, maybe because the owner was busy riding…. If you’re looking for a good place for kitesurfing or windsurfing, you’d probably better find another one.
Valerie O: First time windsurfing and Andy made it an awesome experience. My spouse understands some Spanish but only to a certain extent, so he provided instructions in English and was very clear on what to do.I struggled to get the control and technique down, but Andy was very motivating and I got a smooth ride by the end! Another random windsurfer (tourist) observed and approached us during our session and commented that she could tell he was a good instructor and planned to sign her family up for a lesson. The lesson is along the beach where other people are leisurely swimming, but it didn't feel too crowded (it was a Wednesday). They have lockers for your belongings. There is a shower for a quick rinse (maybe not for a serious shower because of the not so great curtains). They have bathrooms. They have a bar area with seating. They have shop cats!I would definitely do this or any other water activity here again! Highly recommend!P.S. Windsurfing is a good workout!
Justine: Book with Windspot!! I spent 4+ hours on the water with Camilo over two days learning the fundamentals of wing foiling. I wasn’t expecting more than just rentals but Windspot was also a great place to hangout out before, after, and to take a break. They have a huge staff that are all involved to make sure you have a great experience. I wish I had more time on my vacation to go back a 3rd and 4th time. Whether you’re looking for paddle boarding, yoga, wing foiling, kite surfing, etc. definitely go to Windspot!
Roi Talbi: Christopher the tutor was really great 👍🏻
John Kay: Never have I seen such dangerous disregard for recreational swimmers and families! The guys that are trying to rent these jet skis to tourists frequently drive rapidly past swimmers bringing the smell of gasoline with them.My mother-in-law got doused with a wave created by some idiot driving by at higher than reasonable speed. We were swimming far from the shore and these jet skis are a constant lethal threat due to these guys driving at high speed with little regards for others.I doubt these guys have taken any boat safety classes or they just don't care about the safety of others. They are reckless and will cause death or serious bodily injury in the future (if they haven't already.)It is such a shame that Colombian officials don't regulate their waters better for the safety of all...I saw even worse conditions at Playa Blanca in Baru.Avoid Colombian beaches for your own safety!
Reinaldo Diaz: A magical place.
karinel diaz parra: It's good to have a good time, come and enjoy the good time that you have, bring a partner and use all the juices and yew that you want, always have a great time
Ligia Nasser: Wonderful place to learn a water sport, you can find a yoga teacher, a jacuzzi for 30 thousand per hour and if you want more, they'll give you a discount, beers, the beach and watch the sun go down, good prices and the service is excellent.
Carlos Manotas: Good place to spend an afternoon
Joaquin Borja: Got there and the receptionist was really nice and professional. I got my jetski and one of the workers jumps on with me. I was thinking this was normal, but apparently not said the dude running the place. The worker tells me to head to a beach far away from the rental area, he then tells me he needs to get gas for the jetski. He let's me off the jetski and drives off where i can see what he was doing, he then opens the compartment where my wallet was and pretends like he was doing something. He didn't get gas. From then I knew he took money from me. He gets back and makes me drive to another beach where he hands off something to a friend, my money probably. We get back and I inform the people in charge and they confronted the worker. The person in charge told me thats why we tell people to put their items in the locker. Maybe your staff shouldn't steal smh.I doubt anything will happen to him. Overall they were nice except for that one worker who stole my money. Be safe with your items.
angela carrillo lozano: The service is very good and the experience is excellent if you want to enjoy the sea without any noise and with the best view... Perseus guide is excellent....
Laureta Lahu: Had the most amazing time during the sunset paddleboard tour with Ricardo! Before we got in the water, he gave us very thorough but quick instructions on the correct way to paddle. He was very helpful, patient and kind. I had a waterproof phone case with me and he did not hesitate to take pictures of my boyfriend and I. The waves made it a little tough for us in the beginning, but he directed and instructed us the whole way! It became a whole lot easier a short while after we started. We stopped at an area with still water and he took wonderful pictures and videos of us. Memories we can keep forever! && When we returned to the WindSpot, he sat with us and recommended so many places and restaurants to see, in cartagena and even medellin. I was also a little burned from the sun the day before and he gave me an aloe leaf! 10000% would recommend the WindSpot and especially Ricardo as an instructor. We are so happy we found this place and extremely thankful for such a great experience. Try it out! You won’t regret it. Thank you to the WindSpot & a very very big thank you to Ricardo. 🤙♥️

Centro Catalina Spanish School: what do users think?
Nicole Chacon: Centro Catalina is a place where everything is done with passion and love. The team strives to give their best every day. Not only Spanish is taught, Colombian culture is also lived with many activities to guarantee an authentic experience beyond conventional tourism. Learning Spanish in cultural immersion guarantees rapid learning of the language. Colombian Spanish is considered by many to be the best to learn. The cities of Medellín and Cartagena are charming and allow an experience in very diverse contexts and regions, between the Caribbean and the Andes.
Camilo Ramirez: Great school, I learned a lot from you. I hope I can come back soon
Valérie Roy: Thanks for everything! cool experience
Lukas Niemeier: Great school. Perfectly organized with very skilled teachers, good equipment and a lot of fun during classes. I went for 30h/week for two weeks. One in Medellin and one in Cartagena. The Different knowledge levels of the students were taken into account and the groups built fit well together. Thanks again for a great time!
Gaby Sierra: Excellent!
Laura Liszewski: Really nice experience in this school, recommend!
Tom Lovett: I cannot recommend this school enough. I am absolutely amazed that. I'm able to have spontaneous conversations with locals about a host of topics, considering I only did four weeks of classes, starting from zero. I was worried that doing well in classes wouldn't carry over to the real world, but that has not been the case at all.The classes themselves were really enjoyable. My teachers were great, the other students were great. We cracked plenty of jokes while still learning new grammar and vocabulary. The school was very helpful when it came to logistics as well. I literally enrolled on a Friday afternoon for Monday morning classes. Also, the school allowed me to print documents and received a package for me.Cannot recommend this school highly enough.
Laura Shadley: Had a wonderful experience at Centro Catalina - Cartagena. The instructors and staff were outgoing and helpful. School always flew by because it was so much fun. I was nervous to speak with people in Spanish, but I gained a lot of confidence while I was there! The school organized a lot of fun activities that allowed you to experience more of the city. They also organized a trip to Isla Grande on the weekend, which was incredible! I stayed with an awesome host family very close to the school. I can't say enough good things!
Dario Paolillo Mendoza: Super escuela, Muchas gracias, thanks a lot for the great time! The support, activities, treatment and personal are fantastic. Colombia and the School has stolen my heart and they are like a second home and like a Family. May God always bless you in Name of Jesus! Bendiciones mi gente bella
Jim C.: I had a great time a Centro Catalina. The school is located in the historic center of Cartagena, with lots of restaurants, shops and sights in a short walking distance.Teachers and staff are just awesome and made my stay a unique and special experience. Everybody is super friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience, defenitely a school that I can recommend.
lisa muzzin: This is a great place to learn or improve your Spanish. Not only are the teachers and classes of top quality but there are free events most days as well. This helps you to get to know other students and the city and to practice your spanish even more. I really enjoyed my time here. Thanks everyone!
Max N: Great Experience
Yanis GUIGNOUNE: Une école totalement a l’écoute de nos besoin et le tout avec le sourire. Une ambiance géniale du début à la fin. je recommande vivement cette école.
Loris Contro: I spent 6 FUNtastic weeks learning Spanish and everything I could about the Colombian heritage and culture at Centro Catalina, and would have spent a lot more than that if I had had more time. The teachers, facilities, customer service, extra activities and anybody who works in there with great passion: everything was excellent! I attended both schools in Medellin and Cartagena, and I strongly recommend them.
William Zarb: C'est une super école les cours sont très bien organisés , les professeurs sont géniaux. Il y a beaucoup d'activités qui sont organisés chaque jour .
Thomas Augsten: School was great fun, wonderful staff, and evening as well as weekend activities are organized. Stayed for a 1-week elementary course and would come back. Also limited number of affordable rental rooms available in a safe neighborhood.
Emeline Flores: Une super école pour apprendre l'espagnol ! Une super ambiance entre les élèves et les professeurs :)
HAMOOD AL TOQI: Great school great stuff the best experience to learn Spanish highly recommend
Caleb Solofra: Great school! Classes allowed me to dig deep into not only the language but also the culture of Medellín. I have traveled a lot, and this school is the most friendly and made me most comfortable. Here’s a list of other great things:-provided a fantastic host family-top notch classes-good location in Medellín (lots to do)-optional evening activity provided each day (like a movie, salsa classes, etc)-clean facility
Brian Eaten: Perfect Spanish school for a perfect experience. S/o to David
Danny Lee: I truly can recommend centro catalina for every person who wants to learn spanish - doesnt matter which level you have! The facilities, the staff, the teachers and the way they teach are top notch! Every day they have an activity for the afternoon and also for the weekends, like salsa class, movies, city- or graffiti-tours, etc. Also the school is in the middle of centeo historico and so you can find many restaurants, bars and shops just next to it! On this point i want to say MUCHAS GRACIAS to all of the staff, especially to David, who is an amazing "papi"!! All of you, keep going the way you do!! Mucho gusto.. jackie! ;)

Free Tour Cartagena: what do users think?
Ralph N: The first step when you get to Cartagena so you can get your grounding. I recommend the tours to the old Town and to Getsemani. It might be very hot so I recommend bringing your own water and shade. I personally like the umbrella, very practical. Keep in mind that it's not exactly free, you're expected to pay a tip at the end of the tour.
Manja Huijs: The tour with Jesus was fun, informative and not a boring monologue ;-) I recommend taking the tour on your first day in Cartagena since we got some good tips about where to eat and go for nightlife. Jesus speaks very good English and during the tour he will try to teach you some Spanish :-) We took the Old city and Getsemani tour and it was a good introduction to the city. We enjoyed!
tom norton: We did two tours with Ellis; she was too much fun not to see again! Her English was perfect and her enthusiasm literally had us coming back for more. The tour of the walled city went to all the best views, and the tour of Getsemani was lots of fun; she got us singing and dancing through the streets. We’ve done walking tours all through South America, but Ellis was far and away the best guide. STRONGLY recommend!
Jess Quinlan: Really good informative tours. Especially the graffiti one and Christian and Luis are great!
Eimear Twomey: Did the Getsemani and Street Art Tour with Luis. One of the best tour guides I’ve ever had! He is so enthusiastic and full of local knowledge. Would highly recommend.
Amy Dyson: Amazing tour run by Edgar around Cartagena old town & Getsemaní. He’s super passionate about the city & knowledgeable about its history, and his English is perfect. We had a small group of 7 which was great. Edgar also gave us all a corozo drink which was lovely in the Cartagena heat!
Denver R: Fantastic tour!! Christian was incredibly knowledgeable and had great stories to tell and great recommendations. I recommend doing this early on in your trip to Cartagena to get familiar with the different areas. But please tip your guide!! It pains me to see how hard they work and people leaving nothing.Thank you for everything Christian!!
Will Wang: Amazing tour! We learned so much about the history of Cartagena with a really enthusiastic tour guide Elise. We walked all through the old city, and I feel really satisfied by what we saw.
Anouck Rietveld: Very nice tour, walked around beautiful cartagena. Would highly recommend. Roy was a great guide!
Patrick George Miles: Great tour with entertaining and enthusiastic tour guide. Great recommendations as well.
Thibault CLEMENT (ThibC): Super Tour avec Edgar ! Merci
Michelle Pérez: We did both the old city and getsemani walking tours, and both were spectacular! Jesus (Old City Tour) and Luis (Getsemani) were incredible about Cartagena's history and culture, for every question, they had an answer, they provide you with a lot of recommendations (restaurants, activities, safety places) also don't need forget to wear comfy shoes because you will walk a lot and Sunscreen.
Jeff C: Excellent guide. Very informative about the history of Colombia and Cartagena. Bring water and sun protection!
Jesus Serrano: son dos: Uno a las 10am y otro a las 4pm. Muy recomendado el tour.(Translated by Google
Emilie Nault: Really great tour of the historic center of Cartagena with Ellis (Alice). Fun, informative, and really worth taking the time for!
Lucas Pastor Duran: que no me gustó tanto, por eso pongo 4 estrellas y no 5.(Translated by Google
Cynthia Agustina: Took the Getsemani Walking Tour. Our guide Luis had interesting stories as we navigate the area that made the tour more memorable. We were also lucky that the size of the group was just right, 10-15 people which was perfect for some interactions among the group. A perfect one for a solo traveler.
Daniela Centurión: y la de Getsemaní con Brandon (lo amamos, toda la buena onda del.mundo
Shanelle S: Free walking tour with various neighborhood options. Did the one of Old Town on the Friday after we had arrived, and it was a good way to get acquainted with the city. There are English and Spanish speaking tours available. We did the afternoon tour that was two hours (from 4pm-6pm). We had Elis as our tour guide, and she was amazing. She was super personable and very knowledgeable about the city’s history. It’s best to wear comfortable shoes and to bring sunglasses/water/sunscreen for the tour. You see a lot of the city as well start from Plaza Santa Theresa, where they’ll meet you with a yellow umbrella.
Alana Morgante: Great walking tour! Edgar was very entertaining and genuine. We learnt a lot and had lots of fun. Highly recommend.
BERSO: Le temps est passé très vite. Dommage pas de guide francophone
