Michael Lecher: I play alot of blackjack.....all around the world and I started to feel like I was being cheated at the blackjack table after repeatedly losing when the dealer had 4, 5, 6 so I started counting cards using +1/-1 and after 10 shoes in a row of being in in the high positive range I can without a doubt say they are taking 10s out of the 6 shoe deck.

Rudolph A: Great casino, staff friendly, the other patrons act calm and civilized at the tables with very little raucous. I've been to casinos in other countries where they cheat (I'm looking at you, Dominican Republic 🙄) but the cards at the blackjack table seemed absolutely fair as I can sometimes count cards. Prices are reasonable for food and drinks, the dealers are also very professional. I'm an American with limited Spanish skills and never felt unwelcomed in the numerous times I've been here in both of my trips so far. I would recommend this casino.

Sybe Sipma: First off, I havent visited a casino in 15 years, Im no expert. I thought its nice to try it out on my holiday in Cartagena.I have only played slots since I dont know how to play cards Roulette im not sure how to play it effectively either. The pokergame is all vs dealer, i didnt understand this version of the game but many people played it. Same for blackjack and roulette. There are also automated roulette machines which seem popular.Four slots are really modern and real fun to play with. The rest of the slots ranges from very old to few years old i suppose. It would be an upgrade to remove some of the old slots and put a few more of those modern slots.The place is spacious and clean. Well attended to by waiters serving free soda or beers and food for some money. Aguilla is 6.2k pesos, fries with sausage 9k pesos. When ordering beers from a slot, a few times i had to wait 30 min for the change, they didnt bring it...i had to pick it up from the bar, that was not so nice.The place is well protected by some three private security guards. The place is constantly cleaned by a dedicated cleaner.The cashout is simple, go to the back, give your ticket and you get cash straight away.Needless to say, mind your money.

Jon Roß Fowler: Avoid this casino at all costs. Their version of "Texas Hold'em" makes you bet and ante. If you're lucky enough to win it only pays your bet but if you lose both your bet and ante are gone. Criminal!

H HA: Terrible experience checking in an expected room, Hotel .com scammed me booking the place 2 months earlier for nearly double their current priceHotel refused to acknowledge and upgraded me to a room which was not much better - the whole place needs renovation, safe box does not work , coffee machine and hair dryer.Use the stairs to access the only ice machine located in floor 5, for security elevator will get u only to your floor 😭The worst was a cockroach crawling in my room last night.Fresh fruits in the breakfast is covered with gnat flies. Actual domestic flies will fight you for other options. 🤮Thanks god coffee is great and u go eat elsewhere. Staff are polite and friendly, they always act as they do not understand English to get away with a lot of things. 🤬
